Terrible experience. I really do think this was racially motivated. I won’t even tell you guys how much we spent on this food it’s embarrassing. The sauces came frozen and the “shakes” HOT and melted. The portions are ridiculously small and they didn’t give me rice with the vindaloo . This is a joke. Do not recommend at all. It’s not even good.

Amazing experience! The owner is incredibly kind, the food was delicious. Some of the best Indian food I’ve had in Portland the pakora and samosa were just amazing. Will be going back very soon to try the lamb, as recommended by the owner 🙂

Enjoyed a delicious dinner with friends last night. We ordered a variety of freshly cooked curry chicken Indian dishes, rice and delicious naan. It’s a must try!

Went to the lunch buffet, options were limited. Paneer curry was decent. Everything else I ate was ok. Food wasn’t that fresh, maybe because we came late. Price was also expensive, over $20 per person. Atmosphere was clean and simple. The restaurant is also somewhat close to the airport.

Let me start off with the taste and food quality…. This is the best Indian food I’ve had so far, especially in Portland. The meatballs will put your favorite Italian restaurant to shame. The Lamb is so delicious…. Dam…The spices must come straight from India. Every bite is packed with an explosive sensation … I had the lunch combo and had to return for the Dinner. We got two dinner meals with samosa and that could feed us for breakfast and dinner tomorrow. I bring food home from Best Of India when the wife and I aren’t vibing. This food has the power to make things right at home. I end the night off right with a happy ending.

This place has some of the best Indian food in all of Portland. There’s good reason why this place is so highly rated. The flavor is beyond amazing- the tandoori chicken is some of the best I’ve ever had in my life and it’s not an exaggeration. The portions and prices are so fair too. The staff are nice and very helpful. Happened to order from here on chance and am so glad- definitely will be a regular here!

Wow, one of the best meals I have had in a very long time. It was perfect, health, delicious, cook was singing and smiling. Tandoori chicken was absolutely incredible and it was only $20. Come eat here and support this place please!!

First clue that we’re at the wrong restaurant: peak dinner hour on Friday and the place is empty.

Second clue it’s time to go: served water in disposable plastic bottles from Walmart.

Third: we received an appetizer that looked/tasted like frozen breaded cheese chunks from Trader Joes, served with sauces in cheap plastic squeeze bottles.

Forth: Mango Lasse was undrinkable, had a weird sourness that tasted like Mango was spoiled.

Fifth: pretty certain rice was Rice-a-Roni with a little saffron sprinkled over, honestly, that bad. Just mushy and tasteless.

I think that’s enough. I’m not going to bother commenting on the rest of the meal. I don’t know where they found all the friends and relavtives to write these 4-5 star reviews, but they definitely don’t describe this restaurant at this point in time.

Stay away, far away. Consider yourself warned.

Amazing flavors, overall very good food. I wish it was a little more spicy, but flavor was great. Apart from the fact that they couldn’t serve alcohol yet, everything was perfect.
