Such a cute place so we thought we would try it. We got corn dogs. They were the cheap corn dogs you can get 6 in a box for a few bucks. We paid $3 for each of them. We took a bite and they had been sitting around for a while. The breading was hard on one sit from sitting to long. Absolutely disappointed. Sooo not impressed!!!!

I really wanted to try a local place while in Creede, and decided to try this since it had good reviews and we could sit and eat outside on a beautiful day. While ordering, the lady at the window kept yelling at the employee working behind her and talking over him. He was saying something about thawing meat. She tossed our drink cups at us, and I had to ask numerous times where we fill them before she answered. The indoor area had flies all over and did not appear clean. Our experience did not improve when our food came out. The chili hot dogs were not impressive, and the fries were horrible – cold and stale. This place seemed to be trafficked by a lot of locals, but if you want a decent meal and experience, try some place else in town or get your own food to cook from Kentucky Belle Market.

On a 4 state motorcycle tour with some friends. Stopped in Creede long enough to eat and fuel up. Folks at the Dog House were friendly and had us fed in short order. Nothing fancy about the place, but the food was good.
