Went there twice in 3 days, the experience first time around was so good went again only to be disappointed. First time was dinner and second one was lunch.
Ordered vegetarian lasagna and got meat one. No apology just exchanged for vegetarian. Eggplant was extremely chewy the second time. Pizza was good and ravioli was great! Fettuccine Alfredo was good as well.

Wonderful dining experience creekside in Gatlinburg. The food was delicious. We ordered their vegetarian pizza and a fettuccine Alfredo. Both were delectable. Our server was also nice. He patiently answered all our questions and inquired with the kitchen on the things he didn’t know. Overall, great experience!

OMG! Best Italian sure owns up to their name because it literally is the best! We got their pizza and the calamari for an appetizer. This place was delicious! There are two locations on the Gatlinburg strip. Make sure you go to the one in the little plaza. The other one makes you pre order before you dine in and we didn’t have the patience for all that. The pizza was so fresh and delicious and the calamari was top notch! Eat here, you won’t regret it

Beautiful views from the porch. Love that we can eat outside by the river with our dogs. Food was edible but not special. The pizza was cooked in a plastic tray thing and spaghetti was a little watery. Restaurant atmosphere 10/10 food 5/10.

creekside dining. Huge portions at great prices especially in a tourist town during high season. Calamari OK, garlic rolls come 3 with entree and 1.5 is more than enough. My wife had chicken parmigiana and I had chicken florentine. either dish could have fed both of us and probably a third hungry person as well. our server was helpful in making menu choices. a delightful and inexpensive meal!

This was our first time here and we found it accidentally walking past it on the main drag in Gatlinburg. You do have to walk to the back of the center to get to it.
We ordered a medium spucy italian pizza and it’s big! The crust is on the thinner side and is crunchy on the bottom and chewy in the middle. It was delicious. Unfortunately, we used the pizza holder and it didn’t hold, and our pizza fell right off the table! When I told them what happened, they offered to make us another pizza! Super generous of them. We told them to go ahead and just make a small one for us to go. And so they adjusted our bill and they were very pleasant about it. I really appreciated this customer service they showed us. I would recommend this place to anyone who would like some good New York pizza and Italian food.

We were in town for a cheer competition and I was looking for a place that my kid would eat something and I could get a decent meal and a glass of wine. Tucked away in the Elk shopping center is this quaint little restaurant. They take your number and text you when your table is ready, they estimated 45 minute wait on a busy Saturday night the weekend before Christmas with the big competition also in the area, and it was actually only 30 minutes. Staff was friendly and helpful, overly accommodating to my picky eater. They were out of the wine I wanted, but our server made a recommendation on a replacement and it was very nice. Food came out quickly, everything was seasoned well and hot. Garlic rolls were delicious as everyone stated, and my calimari was crispy and well seasoned. Would definitely return on a future trip.

Great food and atmosphere. Fantastic choice in music. Walked right in and was seated immediately on a Monday night at 8pm. Food came out very quickly. Waitress came by often and kept our drinks refilled. We had pizza and pasta. All was great.

Antipasto salad tasted like it came out of an Italian grandma’s kitchen. The fried mushrooms were delicious. Not overly breaded, tender very flavorful. The service was stellar. Atmosphere was fantastic. Will return.
