When we first pulled up we were skeptical. It was not “Greek” looking at all. The blinds were bent. Everything was brown, dark, and a bit dingy. Paintings were faded.
All that aside, the service, food, and kindness were second to none! These wonderful people really know how to cook wonderful Greek food. Try the baklava and dolmades!
.the food was actually very good
They do have some good specials so be sure to check those out. The employees are super nice and helpful when trying to pick out what you’re looking for.
The store front is a bit hidden by the brightly lit loan place next door. So once you see that place, just look to the left and youll see the restaurant. It’s cozy inside and there are plenty of seats, so you definitely can stay in to eat.
Orders taken at counter.
Soda machine broken and needed a serious cleaning, needed to maneuver control to get water. Floor was oily or covered with something slippery – could feel shoes sliding as we walked through. Clearly had not been properly mopped. Flickering ceiling light above sits machine needs repair.
Took forever to get order and once we did, it was not hot.
We had to ask for our dolmates and pita, and baklava.
The food while not served hot, but was tasty. The lamb was tender with good spice, chicken was moist and good lemon flavor, ribs and chicken were moist and tangy.
We had high hopes for the restaurant but it just didn’t deliver.
Sort of cut potatoes was served with the plate and they were unflavorful and not fresh cooked. Cool to the touch. I’ve visited a lot of Mediterranean establishments and I will never go back to this one. This would be a McDonalds version of Greek/Indian food establishments at best. The major factor of my review is the uncleanliness of the restaurant. So gross.
There were hardly any clean tables and by the time we left, the same tables were still dirty.
I ordered the chicken kebab and it was mostly burnt and hard to chew. My husband said his Gyro wasn’t good and I heard nothing good about the rest of the food our group ate.
The most disappointing part for me was the bathrooms. I felt like I couldn’t touch anything. It was absolutely atrocious that a RESTAURANT where they serve FOOD has a bathroom like this. The pictures don’t do justice. The floors were sticky, there were woman’s hair products lying around, the light switch…. Forget about it. From what I heard about the men’s bathroom, it wasn’t any better.
Like I said…. I wanted to like it, but it truly wasn’t good in any way except for the man that took our orders.
