Best Food In Town

My girlfriend and I always order from here when we want delivery. We really do appreciate that they deliver out to New Castle, when their restaurant is located in the Bear area. Not many places around here that claim they deliver – really don’t deliver. The prices are fairly priced compared to their competitors around the area. One thing we really appreciate, the fast service! When they say 25-30min, they’ll be here within that time range.
The food’s amazing by the way! I always get chicken and broccoli, and I can’t complain! A lot of places can’t seem to get the chicken right and the flavors correct, but they do here! Great job you guys! ❤️

The portion is mad mad small,there’s 3 empty spots on the rice,they used to be a lot better before the pandemic but now they raise their price and the portion is way less.
The lady on the front counter is not the friendlier person you will come across today.
I can’t believe such a little amount of rice they giving you for 950.
Stay away and go to that one on route 13 (Northbound side,next to dollar store and a WAWA)
YOU will get a totally different portion and treatment.
NOO,I’m not recommending them cause is family..lol- I’m Latino soo!
They are simply the best around BEAR.

I called in and ordered chicken lo mein , the lady answering never gave me a pick up time or price just said ok and hung up. . Picked up the order 15 mins later . The egg roll was awesome but the chicken was slimy and un eatable . I called to ask for a refund and the lady on the phone got rude.
I returned the un eaten food except for the good egg roll . She refunded me my money but she wasn’t happy. Check your chicken before leaving for undercooked chicken

This was my first time ordering from them and I will continue to do so. Their prices are reasonable, the food is fresh and the place is clean. This restaurant is out of my way and completely opposite to where I live but it’s worth the drive. I haven’t enjoyed hot and sour soup like that in years and the chicken with mushrooms was delicious. There was a lot of huge, tender pieces of chicken, the vegetables were cooked perfectly. My husband really enjoyed his chicken with broccoli as well.

This place has good food however today was my last time visiting this establishment. The lady that works the front register and takes the orders is so rude. She doesn’t know how to speak to people and for someone to patronize your establishment you should show them respect. There is quite a language barrier I know and that is why they have all of their dishes numbered or lettered on their menus. So long story short, there was a misunderstanding with what order she put in for my food. So when I arrived to pick it up she told me the price, I said why is it so much? She began to yell this is what you ordered and I explained that that was not what I ordered and she seemed to be very offended that I did not want what she had placed on the bag and had already stapled it. So when I didn’t want what she put in there she got mad. Then she tried to make it seem like it was about money and it wasn’t. Like how dare you insinuate that I can’t afford to spend $24 opposed to $17 very insulting. So she made the changes that I requested but she had a nasty attitude. I had been ordering from Best Food in Town for a very long time but I’m not gonna patronize an establishment that does not respect their customers. There are too many Chinese Take Out places to order from to put up with this rudeness. I will never step foot it their establishment again. They get 5 from me….✌ ✌ ✌ ✌ ✌

Best food in town has the worst service in town. The lady who took my order was extremely rude. After I placed my order she wanted me to pay her up front, no problem I gave her the money. After the payment was done I asked for a receipt. She got an attitude with me for asking her for a receipt, saying she will give me the receipt when I get my food. I politely said I prefer to get my receipt up front. She got angry printed the receipt and threw it at me. I immediately asked for my money back and left. I can’t say if the food was good or bad because that was my first time visiting that establishment and my last because I’ll never return to that place ever again. I do not spend money with rude people.

I’ve been patronizing this restaurant for about 3 years. The customer service was always good and quick. The 2 young ladies are very kind and always ask about my family when they are not in attendance. I like this place because the delivery is always fast. The food is fresh and who doesn’t love an extra order of chicken wings or fried rice every now and then. I go there so much that they know my order by heart.
