Yummy food and amazing coffee drinks. Super friendly service. I felt like I was walking into my friendly neighbors house because of how warm and welcoming everyone was. I got the chicken crack crepe (which has homemade buttermilk ranch dressing) and butterbeer latte. It was around $16 for both which I thought was a good deal. Gluten free crepe options available.

It’s always nice when you stumble across something as bright and welcoming as the “Best Day Ever! Coffee + Crepes”!

For those that might not know, the mission set out by this hidden gem in town is “believing in creating opportunities and fostering independence for adults with disabilities through meaningful employment in a joyful café environment.”

In an effort to beat the late August heat my wife and I picked up iced lattes with their in-house made almond milk, the Breakfast Crepe, and the Gyro Crepe with their in-house tzatziki sauce (side note – for whatever reason good tzatziki is hard to come by out here, but they absolutely nailed it!) and all of it was delicious; it even came with a cherry tomato swan on top!

The staff is friendly, patient, and incredibly welcoming!

At the time of this review they’ve been open for roughly 4 months, but with construction on Coffman Street going on for pretty much the last 5 months we wouldn’t have even known this place existed if it weren’t for the r/Longmont subreddit!

As long as I have my choice of going to another corporate run green and white coffee shop or a local cafe that not only makes great coffee (and more at reasonable prices I might add), but genuinely tries to be a beacon of hope within a community and the change in the world we all would like to see…well I think it’s clear we’ll be coming back!

This truly was the Best Day Ever! (with Coffee + Crepes)

It lives up to its name. The atmosphere is delightful every time I come in. Everyone is happy to see you and feed you. Everything that I have had so far is yummy. The chai is really good. Good food and a good cause.

Wonderful space with an incredible mission! Got their mocha with oatmilk (that they make in house) and it was great! Also the ham and cheese crepe was perfect. Highly recommend!

Very delicious food and sweet workers. Have been needing a crepe spot in longmont and they have a good variety of things to choose from! I absolutely love the concept of supporting disabled individuals with a workplace where they can learn and grow. A great addition to the community.

Great food, great idea, with an important mission. This is exactly what this block needed, quick delicious breakfast, snack, coffee, or dessert. The staff was so friendly. I have to admit this was my first crape. As a novice, I went with what I knew and ordered the ham and cheese. It was savory, filling, and perfectly complimented by the Djion sauce. The coffee was some of the best I’ve had in town. I’m going to have a hard time not stopping there every morning.

What a cute and happy place! The coffee is great. The crepes were good, and the staff is wonderful. There is an area where handmade items are sold. I purchased a hand painted coaster made by a young man who is autistic. Such a great concept. If you leave this place grumpy, it’s not their fault!

We’re staying at an Airbnb nearby and my husband picked this place for breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had Rose syrup for the lattes (most coffee shops don’t) and it was AMAZING!!! I can honestly say it’s the best rose latte I’ve ever had. We then had the breakfast crepe and it was also amazing. From now on, whenever we come to Longmont I will definitely stop by for a Rose latte!

Best Day Ever Coffee and Crepes in Longmont, CO opened up last Tuesday . There was great hope and excitement in the air . This coffee shop and crepe restaurant is unique . It employs” Besties, “
Special needs adults under the supervision of vocational coaches to be employed, and flourish . There is a buzz in the air, and not just from caffeine. It is a joy filled, and bright, with a happy vibe of serving, and learning and enjoying the atmosphere with family and friends. There is also merchandise for purchase crafted by individuals with special needs. It is affiliated with ” Joy House” ..” gifts with purpose”. My first crepe was savory with pesto, mozzarella cheese, balsamic glaze and tomatoes . It was magnificent . I also enjoyed a sugar free caramel latte which was delivered with a smile to my table hot and inviting . There is a lot of construction on the street, but don’t be dismayed. Some of the things that are more challenging to navigate often become the greatest rewards in our lives . I’ve been back, and plan to meet a friend there for breakfast this week .

Best way ever to start the best day ever. Food was delicious! Must try the crepe of the month! Food and drink were out in a flash and I loved the order table cards! 1 raindrop, 2 rains drops, 1 crescent moon, 3 happy faces….. refreshing and relaxing atmosphere. All staff were smiling and happy to help! Definitely will make the 45 minute drive again to meet up with northern CO friends!
