Clean plate award! The food is great, the servers are so friendly, and it is fairly priced for the portions sizes. We usually order to go, but oh my gosh, it is 10 thousand times when you eat it fresh at the restaurant!
We ordered a ceviche (medium spice), tallarin verde with churrasco, and the fried calamari, all were amazing (well seasoned, the churrasco was perfectly cooked, and the calamari was so crunchy and satisfying, we are used to the calamari not being crunchy because of condensation when packed to go, this was AMAZING in person). The alfajores for dessert are a MUST, I could literally eat 20 of them in one sitting and not be tired of them!
The restaurant itself is plainly decorated, nothing super fancy, but still super comfortable and tables are well-spaced so you won’t be bumping into other people, which is a big pet peeve of mine.
Only complaint is that the food took a bit of time to come out but it was SO fresh, it basically cancels out any negative points it would have gotten otherwise.
Overall a great experience, def recommend!

Overall the best ceviche in town for ceviche selection, taste and price.
I have been to cvi.che and although the food is great also, they are more expensive. Best Ceviche Ever will give you the same serving at lower price. Better experience also if you want low-key and quiet dining.
Best Ceviche Ever has been around for over 10 years I believe. Last I was here was back in 2016/2017. Still the same great ceviche taste. Their sangria is also a must-have.
Kudos to this restaurant and its staff.

Restaurant was virtually empty on a Tuesday night, we picked a table opposite side of the entrance. The decor is understated and plain, but the table comfortable for us. We tried the tamal mashed corn, both chicken and pork as an appetizer — it was a good dish to order if you’re hungry as it is pretty filling, however, it was very under-spiced – we both thought. The fish and shrimp ceviche (CEVICHE DE PESCADO Y CAMARON) was plentiful and very fresh, certainly some of the best I’ve ever had, we requested medium spice, and it did have a pleasant heat as requested. I highly recommend the ceviche.

This is one of our favorite restaurants in the area. The name is spot on, the Ceviche is among some of the best I’ve had. The Lomo Saltado was ridiculously good as well and rivaled the Ceviche as our favorite dish. The service is outstanding and friendly and the atmosphere was modern yet homey. This is a must visit if you’re in the area.

Service:
The service was great. All the employees were very nice and accommodating. They also speak both English and Spanish. If you are unsure what to get, they have a QR code on the table that you can scan with your phone that has the menu and pictures of all the dishes.
Food:
Pescado a lo macho – my friend got this and they said it is good. The sauce is light and delicious. The fried yuca was not tough/fibrous at all.
Sweet plantains – perfectly cooked
Lucuma ice cream – very good
Flan (we ate more than half of it before I could take a picture, so that’s why the flan looks small in the picture. The slice is bigger than that) – different from the flan I’m used to, but still good. It has more texture.
Free and easy parking on-site.

The name says it all. I’ve dined here multiple times now and their ceviche never disappoints. Flavor 10/10. Service 10/10. Atmosphere 10/10. Food variety 10/10. Sangria: a must!

Wow! My husband and I have been to many Peruvian restaurants but this one is the BEST. The food quality is awesome! Service is great. The place is really clean. I love the menu selection and prices are affordable. Usually, we pay about $20 for Ceviche Mixto but the cost was $14.99 at this restaurant. They have a really nice lunch specials menu. You cannot beat this place.

As the name of the restaurant says…. I couldn’t agree more that they do have the best ceviche ever! I discovered this place as I was driving through the plaza and decided to try their ceviche and it was delicious! The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was cozy and clean, we did do a take-out order and I will be coming back for their ceviche. I highly recommend trying it out here.

Delicious fresh food but lacking quality service. Only 2 waiters for a busy Sunday afternoon, food took too long to come out and took to long to pay as well. Nice salsa music playing on speakers but all TV’s were off, ambiance seemed a little “boring”. $3.50 for a bottled juice seem a bit too much considering they don’t make natural juices. Will probably order again but for take out.

I am a big fan of ceviches and enjoyed the flavor and the medium heat on both my shrimp an mussels appetizer as well as the fish. I don’t know if having chips or toasts is authentic or not but I missed having a crunchy texture with this meal. The service was a bit lackluster considering how few customers they had at the time.
