This is a very cool burger joint. Their menu was very simple and to the point. The lady taking my order was kind and patient in explaining what comes with what. The prices are also very fair. The only confusion I had was that I didn’t realize it’s only a drive thru. There isn’t a dine in option. Other than that, I had a great experience. They also have an awesome open hours chart.

Great little burger stop , food made fresh , so it was definitely hot and ready . Got the biggest burger they had forgot the name of it, but 100% delicious fries weren’t soggy. Only had 1 kind of cheese available when i went, but it was all good .

Heard this was the best burger in the area, and maybe that raised my expectations. My burger was good, but not the best. It was a pre-made patty on a thin bun withwet toppings (which made the bun soggy quickly)
Service was good. Friendly.
They could really use signs for the drive thru since that was the only way to get served. I was not the only one to run into that challenge during my visit there.

Awful service and rude staff, I will never eat here after how hateful they treated one of my friends. She had the drive through window slammed in her face by the manager for absolutely no reason. Do not waste a sent of your hard earned money in this sleazy establishment.
Edit: I’ve read your reply and the incident happened yesterday evening at your store as your are the ONLY best best burger in Daleville. So I appreciate your reply but I am not confused, trolling or lying.

Good folks and fries, burger was a sams club low quality patty that didn’t taste like beef, and the chicken nuggets were out of a big box bag and had no flavor. I’ve had worse, I’ve had better. Put a little flavor in it and it’d be fine.

I visited this location today ordered 2 1/2lb burger combos with drink and fries at the price of $25.50. Not a bad price. We got down the road and opened our bag with this massive amount of burnt French fries. These fries were obviously double dropped. I’ve always loved this place but no thankyou. I don’t mind paying for quality but this was sooo disappointing. Check your bag before leaving.

The only good thing I can say about this place is that the food was hot and the food was… okay. It appears to be made to order.. That’s it.
Customer service was minimal. The menu options are not at all descriptive. They forgot multiple items in our order. At the pick up window, we asked for ketchup since they were out of ranch (12pm) but he closed the window and walked away. The front door was chained off so you couldn’t go in. You either had to go back in line with your vehicle or walk up by foot in front of other vehicles and let them know there was an issue with your order.
They forgot a burger and 2 orders of fries with our order. We asked for condiments which they forgot again after replacing just the burger. It honestly was just a frustrating experience and one we will not repeat.

The fries was a dumpster fire I know they had too see what they was serving but they didn’t care because it all about making a dollar don’t know if I would go back. Hello Mike I see that you get real defensive and can’t take criticism instead of getting so defensive and calling someone a socialist you should be asking what was wrong with the fries. I have visited your establishment several times and the last two times I have visited the food has not be good at all the time before this the burgers was over cooked just like the fries I got the other day. And you right I have a choice where I can go eat and you have choices also which I helped provide by serving this Nation for 20 plus years. So Mike if you use this same energy that you used to respond to my review and use it on your food service you would be good to go. And don’t worry I want be back because your true colors are out there for the world to see. Have a blessed life.
