One of our favorite places to get roasted duck. It’s always fresh and delicious. Service is always quick, and you can dine in or order take out. Sometimes it’s pretty busy inside, but they have a fair amount of seating. They also have dim sum, and a wide selection of other options. Would highly recommend giving this place a try.

The fried shrimp balls are to die for – super juicy, savory, and crunchy. The green beans were tender and fresh, and our order came with delicious hearty soups.

Will never give them my business again! Ordered the combo plate with duck and mentioned to the guy that chops the meats that last 2 times we only received skin and bones and that if I could get cuts that have meat on them. He simply said that duck is only skin and bones! I quickly called him on his B.S. as the following order also had cuts of duck and the pieces he prepared for that order clearly had some cuts with decent meat on them. I took the pieces shown in photo to prove a point and showed it to him. To which he kept repeating- duck is mostly skin and bones! That was when I asked for a supervisor or a manager so that I could complain to with regards to not only the food, but the horrible customer service. All 3 of the staff that I asked about speaking to the manager were dismissive and could care less. Seems to be the common theme among several Chinese restaurants that I have come across along Buford Highway. They’re good at taking your money, but short on delivering in terms of customer service. Should have read some other 1 star reviews before coming back to this place. Hope others who may have experienced similar poor C.S. review them until they don’t have any customers to be rude to!

If I could give 0 stars, I WOULDN’T. This place is 5/5. You order at the cashier, and they call your number to pick up. You eat, clean up after yourself, and that’s it, it’s a done deal. Their dim sum is one of my favorites here in ATL, and everything is made to order. The portion size is your typical 3 to 4 pieces like normal, but each individual piece is larger than most places. I would say the meatballs aren’t my favorite, and I probably won’t get it here again, but everything else is solid.

I’ve had dim sum in LA Las Vegas Dallas San Diego Chicago and Thailand but this is the best I’ve had because they were very flavorful. The only item that needs work is the BBQ pork bun because the bread was flaky and thick, not proportional to filling. Highly recommended and will definitely be back. Congee was $8 and each dim sum was $6.
Edit: 9/1/2024 had the wonton noodles along with side of roasted pork and honey BBQ pork. Noodle soup broth was flavorless. Another reviewer mentioned that the original chef left and soup is no longer good. I would not recommend it either. 2 stars.
Edit:3/28/2025 got the fried shrimp balls. It was good, flavorful.

First time customer, I placed order through their website for pickup. Service was prompt and hassle free. I ordered a 3 BBQ combo rice plate with duck, scallion chicken, and spare ribs. Portion was generous and came with a cup of broth. The scallion chicken was a bit too salty but very tender, goes well with plain rice. The spareribs were very tough, I found it hard to chew and gave up. Duck leg was okay, not as tough. Probably will not return.

Similar to the other location on Pleasant Hill, this location is also a food court style dining located in City Market. You order first, then sit. The sitting space is more limited but we still managed to get a table during Saturday lunch rush. Sauce, utensils, and drinks are self-serve.
The Dim Sum portions are huge– not in quantity but the actual food size is about 1.5x larger than regular Dim Sum sizes. The flavor was good but some dishes were a bit more oily (i.e. eggplant stuffed with shrimp). Our favorites were the congee, shrimp cheung fun, chicken feet, fried shrimp roll, and shrimp har gow.
There are Cantonese cuisines available as well. They looked really appetizing and we’ll have to try next time.

The restaurant is conveniently located right next to a grocery store, low key, no-nonsense authentic Chinese food. It was really crowded when we were there on Sat & was a challenge to secure a table. It’s mostly self service. While we were waiting for our order, we helped clear/clean the table because there was no service to be found, got our utensils, plates, condiments, etc. The portions were large, tasty and fresh and everything was reasonably priced. Highly recommend it and will definitely revisit the next time we are in Atlanta.

Our second attempt to eat here and somehow we found seats. So much chaos but the portions are huge and foods are yummy. And think this is the most delicious economical place to bring your family to it. We ordered some dim sum dishes, honey bbq on rice and dry beef chow fun. Everything was good and we had so much leftover to bring home.

The bbq rice plates here are top tier, they have some of the best meat indeed but man is the service horrendous every time. Very rude unfriendly staff. The workers talk to you like an old mean cafeteria lady rushing you through the line lol, i’m always scared to ask for anything else it’s never a pleasant experience here. I’ve also been to their Duluth location in Great Wall (they are a bit nicer) so please prepare yourself & don’t expect any customer service They are authentic and tasty.. bbq pork, duck, scallion chicken is my fave here. But beware when ordering rice plates they give you mainly bones & leftover pieces.. for almost $20 a box. Under ít is a lot of rice.
