First time here and I will definitely be back. The broth is absolute perfection. You can tell it’s made with quality ingredients. The owner was so sweet and told me about their process and how they make it which was really cool to hear. I had the chicken spicy pho and pineapple green tea. 10/10 would recommend

A solid four to five stars for the food, service and atmosphere. I was happy with the Vietnamese coffee. It was good and authentic Vietnamese. Not my favorite brand but I was happy with it. I had a good conversation with the manger . Nice place , I would go back again.

Today was the second time I went to Be’s in about a month, of which both times I got the #16 Tofu and a smoothie for right at $20. This is the best tasting restaurant in the suburbs of Charlotte, and I’ve lived here since I was 7 years old. I wondered if the food tasting so good was a fluke the first time, but today confirmed the amazing quality. Service is great and atmosphere is inviting, but that taste is absolutely crazy. To be fair, I’ve only had the tofu and noodles, so I can’t speak to anything else, but if you can stop by the movie theater area here in Indian Trail, you NEED to eat here.

The front of the house cashier was very nice and was super attentive with our order. If you’re not getting a drink they also have complimentary water with lemon and mint. The food is always so amazing and it makes me want to come all of the time. I love knowing that I come to Be’s knowing it’ll be the same pleasant outcome.

Pho was great. Kids loved the boba tea. Can’t wait to try their Bhan Mi. Very nice place with a great vibe. It is on the pricey side though, so it will be a while until we can come back.

After visiting many Vietnamese restaurants and trying different pho’s, I can tell you that this was the most tasteless pho I’ve ever tasted. It wasn’t terrible, but it had no flavor at all.

I chose this place based on the reviews. It was a great choice for several reasons. The atmosphere is simple and cool. The service was superb as I was walked through the menu and given suggestions. They had a paper menu but it didn’t give the selections justice and the owner or manager (I found out her name is Kim and she is the owner’s wife) came to me and walked me the through digital options. She was very personable. I chose the combination option that came with egg rolls, shrimp skewer and marinated pork and rice noodles. She noticed me looking at my bowl as I was looking for a broth of some sort, but these noodles were cold over a bed of vegetables: cabbage, carrots, and cucumbers and mint. She told me how to eat it by pouring the sauce over it and mixing it all together. It turned out to be very tasty. I ordered a Thai tea as well. I’ve had better, but the place doesn’t deserve a 4 for that reason. All Thai teas are not made the same. I do highly recommend the place for good food and good service.
