This place is weird but in a good way. Where better to have a Harold Chicken than in a …car wash/detailing center/Bar? Crazy, right? Now the chicken. It’s everything you expect. Delicious, hot and fresh. They make everything on demand so it’ll take like 20 min for your food to cook if you are ordering for more than 1 person. They people here are super friendly and that’s a big plus for me. Been here like 3 or 4 times now and the food never disappoints.

First time coming to a Harolds like this. I traveled 50 miles to get to a harolds as it’s been over 5 years since having some. The food was so hot and fresh. The atmosphere was nice came on a Sunday during the football game. Nice crowd. Be patient as the food is made to order expect to wait 20-25 mins. Would come again.

I ordered online and walked over to pickup. The food was on time, hot, fresh, and delicious. Maybe they had a rocky start? but I didn’t experience any of the problems people have mentioned in other reviews. Plenty of sauce (I ordered it on-the-side), and not greasy– even the lone piece of white bread on the bottom of the bucket wasn’t.

I got a full car wash and they left it all dirty. They didn’t clean the inside at all and the outside was still dirty and wet. They spend around an hour to be done with it and they left it worse than it was. The inside was left wet with stains. My car key fob was push all the way inside and I was unable to press the lock button like if they had stepped on it. The good reviews are probably for the food and not the car wash. The trunk was not touch at all. Not worth $40.

Finally stopped in, and I was not disappointed at all! Great customer service, food was fresh and soooo good! We had the wings with mild sauce of course(wings and fries were saucy as they should be and they give you a nice amount of fries) we also had mozzarella sticks and the cheese pull made me know it was real lol. I gotta try the mac and cheese bites. We ordered our food to go and my only regret was not getting a cocktail, so that is in my plans in the future. I think its pretty cool to have an option to eat, sip, watch the game and/or listen to music while you get your car washed. I just love a place with vibes and good food, will def be supporting this establishment again!

The food is so great. The atmosphere is amazing. The Harold chicken here is legit and the same recipe and all! I will continue to go back here since it’s closer to me and the service is great and staff is amazing. Great addition to Berwyn!!

First of all, very disappointed in the food chicken was alright the mild sauce they put on the chicken that’s not real Harolds chicken mild sauce Overall service was good the place itself. Cool spot for a Chicago classic. The vibes were great, the staff super friendly, and the food was delicious! The owner Jose does a great job of making every customer feel welcomed and even bought us a round! Will definitely be back and I highly recommend it if you need a car wash and want a quick bite while you wait.
