We had an amazing experience thanks to our server Baylee! From the moment we sat down, they were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They knew the menu inside and out, gave fantastic recommendations, and made sure everything came out perfectly.

Rayna was absolutely phenomenal as our server and made the entire dining experience unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, she brought such a welcoming and positive energy that instantly set the tone for the night. She was attentive without ever feeling intrusive, always making sure our drinks were full and that we had everything we needed. Rayna clearly knows the menu inside and out—her recommendations were spot on and ended up being some of the best items we ordered. What really stood out was her genuine friendliness and the way she made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table. As always, just had the best trip to Bertuccis today. Brie was our server, and she is the best they have to offer! Phenomenal service, all of our drinks are out in less than 5 minutes, and she has the most welcoming smile and demeanor. Tried the tuscany wings today and they were cooked to perfection. Great service overall

Was just stopping by to drop a family member off at school and wanted a nice place for dinner. The food was delicious and the service was even better! Baylee was the sweetest server we have ever had! We had a great first time! Our server Raf-El was amazing! He was helpful in deciding our meal and very informative on the best in-house choices, which made our first time smooth. He was kind, attentive, and fun! The food was hot and delicious. We highly recommend the fresh meatballs, mozzarella frita, and polpette ricotta pizza. Plus, Tuesdays are BOGO pizza!

Fabi was such a lovely and welcoming server. She made sure we had everything we needed and was attentive and pleasant. Our food was very yummy too! The bread and oil was tasty, my husband enjoyed the chicken Alfredo, and my chicken picatta was delicious. I didn’t know our meal came with the free bread and we also ordered the garlic knots so I probably won’t do that again. The pasta dinners also come with a side salad. We definitely needed boxes to go! Plan to spend ~30 per person for an app, entré, and soda.

Haven’t been here late night in awhile, Julie came to the front and greeted us with a warm welcome and cheerful smile! We showed up at 9:30 thinking the restaurant still closed at 11.. come to find out they now close at 10. Julie wasn’t cold about us coming in last minute like a lot of waitresses I have encountered. She still was extremely kind, took time explaining menu items and recommending her favorites which was lovely. She did not rush us, just kept cracking jokes and saying how she had cleaning to do anyways so to take our time!
You can tell she is extremely dedicated to her job at Bertuccis. It shows in every thing she does. She kept checking in to make sure we had refills, rolls, napkins and etc!
