First Time to Bertucci’s that I remember. And it did not disappoint! Had a FREE Small Cheese Pizza with an added topping of Spinach. It was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend their pizza So glad I chose to give them a try!

We were looking for TGI Fridays but it was gone to our surprise so we thought we would stop in to Bertucci’s and this was our first visit to this location – a good experience however as we walked in the hostess was on a FaceTime call and another hostess seated us. Would I go back? Yes our waiter was excellent.

Haven’t been in awhile. Hardly anyone here. I only ordered soup and meatballs but my family all ordered different meals. One person’s Pizza came out first… soggy and floppy but burnt on edges. Later came the rest except the soup. Soup came out last. Meatballs were good but room temperature at best. Probably because (as we could smell very obviously) she took a couple smoke breaks all during our one meal. Stinky and unappetizing not covered by her attempt of adding perfume on top.

Ordered Fettuccine Alfredo and Chicken Parmesan for dinner today. Pasta was not cooked properly and very dry and frozen! Chicken was rubbery.Seems like they warmed up frozen food. Very slow place.Sorry to say,Worst taste pasta we ever ate! Waste of time and waste of money! I wish I can give 0 star!

Waited for five minutes until I was finally acknowledged by staff and then told there’d be a 20 minute wait. Fair enough, we were a party of six and they had a group in the back, but many booths were empty and they weren’t exactly slammed, so am disappointed that we had to wait so long to be greeted.

They have a really awesome dinner where you are able to have the starter, entree and dessert for only US$ 35,00 for two people with a great menu. It has a great italian pizza, ingredients are fresh and high quality and a good selection of wine to complete your dinner. Bathrooms are clean and you can actually see a organized and a spotless kitchen.
Only downside is that may be slow if there are lots of people, but that is not a real problem.
I extremely recommend this place for italian food lovers, the tiramisu is one of the best I ever had and the staff are really heart warming.
