First off they have dine in as an option but they’re drive thru only so they need to update that. Second the food was pretty bland, no jelly, no seasoning, no syrup, nothing! Third they dont have dairy creamer! All they have is that nasty powder stuff! A spot for the older folks.

The food is okay, nothing special. Sort of bland. One burger came out almost cold. The grilled chicken was bland, but the grilled cheese was pretty good. The people were nice and it was pretty quick but the inside was closed so it was drive-thru only.

Went through drive-thru, trainee gave me the wrong order (I can deal with that but if she ain’t ready- don’t leave her alone) I drive back, go inside to get my correct order. I then get fried-twice over cooked fries! Not happy but the Big bam-a burger is good.

Bertile’s is known for their chili burger. They have hand patted patties, and always made fresh when ordered. The prices are a bit higher than the other fast food places. ” You get what you pay for” as the saying goes! You can’t go into the building at lunch time it’s drive through service only. I’m not sure about other times.
