Service was good and there are specials to be had (our server told us about them) along with a full bar. We sat in the enclosed area heated by a few ceiling heaters that were suitable with the thin walls. Be warned in very cold weather it still stays a bit colder out there, but I wasn’t really bothered by the temperature. A couple of my friends did say their feet got chilly.
We didn’t wait long for a server to come over after making our way through a relatively crowded bar area. Noise level wasn’t bad for the amount of people in there, but could reach levels where you had to raise your voice to be heard.
The establishment is loud friendly and there is a friendly atmosphere within. They can accommodate larger parties on their covered seating area, which also sports a bar.
Food is ‘bar food’ with a leaning into PA Dutch, as shown by the PA Dutch platter (ring bologna, cheese and additional red beet eggs) as well as perogies on the menu.
The burgers are thick and delicious with a slip you fill out to put the toppings on (their is an option for even peanut butter and jelly) and holder selection. I also tried their special, meatball grilled cheese, which had some tomato sauce in it, which was very tasty. Fresh cut cheese fries were good, coming with a cup of cheese sauce.
Sangria was good, leaning on the dry side, so if you’re thinking really sweet try one of the mixed drinks.
Recommended, if you don’t mind walking through the crowded bar area (there can be a big lack of space if you venture through it) and want a very good burger and families welcome. The summer time (it is December Im writing this) will probably have the more open areas a bit easier to access. Im a huge fan keeping local businesses around so make sure to stop by and give some love, you won’t regret it and may find a new place to go!

The food is consistent as is the service. This time I had the southwest salad with crispy chicken, my husband the Nashville hot sandwich, with the cheese curd app. The last time we had wings and artichoke dip. Their wings are some of the best around.

Had an amazing time here at a jumping Jay’s music trivia night. Definitely recommended. The service was fast and stayed checking even when it got busy. But not too much checking where it feels like they are rushing you out. The food was savoring, hot, and one of the best burgers and wings ive had in awhile. Another with me had the crabby sandwich and jalapeño poppers and devoured them. Loved the mason jar drinks too. Nice touch. Felt very homey. Such a cool chill environment as well. Very welcoming and friendly. Have fun! Be kind! And definitely try one of berties burgers!

Outdoor, “heated” seating, not so heated…but they did supply plenty of light blankets. The music was louder than necessary making conversation difficult. Food was good but nothing to write home about. Service was a little slow. Overall we would try again to give it a second chance.

The deck is the best part of Berties. Food is good but overpriced and small portions in my opinion (I weigh 170lbs). $1.45 per wing is not worth it, for the size id say it should be more like $1.15. I was at least expecting jumbo wings for that price but no. People are nice generally and good place considering there’s nothing else around. Worth checking out.

Got 6 Mango Habanero Wings -excellent, Forged Irish Stout Nitro -excellent, Build Your Own Burger: brioche bun, medium rare, blue cheese, ketchup, spicy brown mustard, spring mix, tomato, hot cherry peppers, and pork bbq.- excellent. Will definitely be back!
