Absolutely amazing experience at Batter & Berries Brunch House in Frisco!
From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. The food was incredible — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What really stood out was how happy they were to customize menu items to our preferences without hesitation.
We were celebrating a birthday, and our server went above and beyond — they even surprised the birthday girl with a thoughtful little gift! Such a sweet and personal touch that made the day extra special.
Everything about this place radiates positivity and great vibes. Batter & Berries has easily become one of my favorite brunch spots in Frisco. Highly recommend to anyone looking for delicious food and top-notch service!

They have a good option of breakfast . Flexible with customising your food how you like.
Takes some time to get your food but worth the wait. Had veggie skillet without eggs and grits with shrimp. Both were made fresh and tasted amazing.

We visited on a busy Saturday morning and were greeted right away. The place was cozy, clean, and welcoming. Our server was friendly but very busy and rushed through taking our order, so we ordered less than planned. He also mixed up a few tables even delivered food to the wrong table before correcting it.
We ordered two peach lemonades, one strawberry lemonade, and two chicken & waffles plates (one with hash browns and scrambled eggs) plus a kids’ Mickey Mouse meal. The drinks looked cute but were overly sweet and syrupy, had some lint on the frozen orange juice bears, and didn’t have much actual juice since the bear took up most of the cup.
The food, however, was great hot, fresh, and flavorful. The chicken was juicy, the waffles fluffy, the hash browns perfectly crisp, and the eggs cooked just right. Despite the drink and service issues, the food made up for it, and we’d go back again to give it another try.

This was a great experience! I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The server was so efficient and very personable. We had a large party and they accommodated us. The food was good, quick, and inexpensive. Such a great combination. ♥️ Will absolutely return!

We had an amazing experience at Berries and Batter! I ordered the steak skillet and it was absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked, flavorful, and very satisfying. The berry pancake was equally impressive — fresh, soft, and packed with great taste.
Everything came out hot and well-prepared, and you can tell they really care about quality. Definitely coming back and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great breakfast spot.. Jesus at the bar was great too!!

Service was exceptional and the food came out so quickly! Their pancakes and waffles are fluffy and aren’t overly sweet, which was perfect. Presentation was clean and simple. Definitely will be coming back!

Had Sunday Brunch their recently. I ordered the chicken panini (side of fries) and asked to sample the the cinnamon roll french toast (they brought me a half slice). Everything tasted incredible. The only negative thing was the bottom half of the panini was a little soggy, so I had to eat it with a fork. No big deal. The server was really nice and helpful. Especially since we arrived about 45 minutes before closing.

My wife & I ventured out to this restaurant. We walked in and were quickly greeted. As we waited a minute to be seated, I noticed the signage for specials. Also, I admired the flair of decor on the wall and the lights hanging from the ceiling. The atmosphere was bright, inviting, and welcoming.
Josh escorted us to a booth, which was very comfortable and roomy.
Josh took was energetic and friendly. He handed us the menu, which had a large variety of breakfast and lunch cuisines. But I settled on the Cowboy
omelet, cheese grits, hash brown, toast, and grapefruit juice.
Food: The portions were generous and delicious. Enjoyed it!

We got our food and the bacon wasn’t cooked in one of the omelets. We asked Kris, the manager to remake the omelet, and she said that we would go behind 20 other orders, after waiting 45 minutes for our food. We said we should be moved to the front and she said she would “try but no guarantee” It felt like we were in an alternate reality. I worked in food service for years and I have never seen a manger act and argue the way Kris did. We then had her look at the other omelet because it had uncooked bacon in it as well and she literally picked apart the omelet with her fingers trying to prove to us that the bacon was cooked. It was disgusting. Then she would not comp the omelet that was not remade. We had to tell her we were not paying for the omelet that wasn’t remade and she finally took it off. When we told Denise, our waiter, that the other omelet wasn’t cooked either, she told Kris and Kris told her to take us our check-she did not care! She came over afterwards when we told her we weren’t paying for it and that’s when she picked the omelet apart with her fingers.
The waiter, Denise, did not care either. We had to ask for our pancakes 3x, the syrup 3x and we never got our water refills once. It’s pretty sad when you can’t even tell a manager that you are concerned with food quality and safety and you are just looking to get it remade without a manager acting crazy! We were just trying to enjoy a meal on our way out of Dallas and I have never seen worse service. I know they were busy from church and it being a Sunday but nothing was handled correctly at all. Kris does not need to be in charge of a restaurant if she can’t handle problems with food or take care of customers. A picture of the bacon is below. That is what Kris, the manager, tried to say was cooked. The waffles and atmosphere were amazing. That was the only part of the experience that was good. From reading other reviews, it seems Kris is not fit to run a restaurant!
