Shabo’s Bistro offers a refined yet inviting atmosphere, making it ideal for a special evening out. From the moment we stepped inside, the warm, earthy decor and subtle lighting set a cozy, elegant tone. Chef Shabo himself came to our table to greet us, adding a personal touch that made us feel especially welcome.

The meal itself was superb. The braised lamb risotto was savory and velvety, with lamb so tender it melted with each bite. The baklava had the perfect balance of sweetness and crunch, while the chocolate lava cake provided a rich and indulgent finale, with a gooey center that paired beautifully with its crisp exterior.

Shabo’s Bistro combines ambiance, flavor, and hospitality in a way that creates not just a meal, but an experience to savor. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable fine dining experience in Naples.

I came to Shabo’s Bistro for lunch date with my husband. Everything was great! Excellent food, great service and atmosphere is truly amazing! We will definitely be back! We ordered hummus and pita for appetizer, so delicious. I had a chicken parm sandwich and my husband had prime rib sandwich. Our dishes were super good, lots of high quality food! Can’t thank enough for a great lunch and you definitely have us as your customer. P.S. we had to treat ourselves for a dessert 😉 we had chocolate lava cake. Delicious!!

Shabo’s opened their doors to our friends and family for our daughter’s baby shower. We had 100+ people children and adults. The food was delicious and came out on time to keep our party on schedule. We served a Caesar salad with coconut shrimp appetizer. The entree was chicken, steak, rice and vegetables. We had burgers and fries for the kids. Chef Shabo brewed a delicious hibiscus tea that he had brought back from Egypt. He also baked brownies for us all to enjoy. The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service to our guests. Cassie and her crew were able to keep up with a very busy cash bar. We are very thankful to have a local small business like Shabo’s to provide such a wonderful event.

We have eaten here a number of times in recent weeks. The early bird dinners are a good value and are tasty.
We tried the Prime Rib Dinner special on Sundays and it was terrific.

We went to Shabo’s with family we had in town Friday night. Excited to try the new restaurant. Firstly we were greeted with do have a reservation? No, and why would you even ask that when you have two other tables?

I ordered the Burrata Salad. It was warm, most likely sitting under the heat lamps. My husband ordered the Ribeye medium rare. It was mostly fat, way over cooked and very salty. My step father ordered the chicken skewers. Served dropped them on the floor trying to take the skewer off. He took it away came right back and said they would just be a few minutes. A minute later they were back, no skewer this time but still had the holes! I asked if they just took them off, plated it and brought it back after they had been on the floor. He went and asked the chef and came back and said no we wouldn’t do that. But, you had to go ask?! SMH! My niece had spaghetti and meatballs. Her dish was decent at least. $235 later… I think NOT! And how dare you leave the chicken skewers on the receipt. Nope never will we ever return. Sadly, they won’t make it.

I recently dined at this restaurant and had a delightful experience. The interior was beautifully designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I ordered the crab cakes and mushroom soup, both of which were incredibly delicious. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a tasty meal in a charming ambiance.

Honestly, Naples is so lucky to have such a great restaurant. The food is amazing, best lamb chops I’ve ever had. The hummus is to die for!

Came into Shabo’s Bistro to have their early dinner special and try their lasagna. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their meat sauce and the tender pasta. I rank the lasagna as one of the best in Naples and will be returning to enjoy the food, wine and great service.

After some much-needed rest and relaxation, I was chomping at the bit (literally) to take my beautiful Nordic Queen out for a proper Date Day. With my mother flying in during my hospital stay, we decided to treat her to a feast at Shabo’s Bistro for their Sunday prime rib special and on different terms, Ha! Spoiler alert: It was a welcome sight and cooked to perfection.
We started with my favorite Fresh Pita & Hummus and the delightful Teriyaki Sweet Potato Fries ($10)—tossed in teriyaki sauce and topped with mixed sesame. Chef Shabo, always the magician, brought us a special treat: Spinach & Feta Baklava, soon to be a regular menu item (right Chef?). This dish alone would have made the trip worth it.
For dessert, my mother indulged in the Saffron Crème Brûlée ($10), while the Nordic Queen and I opted for the Tiramisu ($10), which we took home to enjoy later. And enjoy we did! Shabo’s Bistro is not just a restaurant; it’s a haven of deliciousness. Chef Shabo is not only a great chef but an amazing man and friend.
With hearty laughter and full bellies,
