Great music. Service friendly and attentive. Food was disappointing. Shrimp was overcooked, steak was full of gristle. Fries were bland, undercooked and lukewarm. Veal was bland and over sauced. Creme brûlée was good. Expensive and not worth the money.

Had a fabulous meal at this delightful, relatively new restaurant. Relaxing environment. Had a wonderful waiter named Max. The ginger carrot soup was so delicious. My chicken palliard over fresh sauted vegetables was amazing. My husband’s chicken endive salad was terrific. He also enjoyed a Leffe Belgian Blonde Beer. Definitely will go back when in the area. This is not a fast food restaurant. Food is made to order and served hot! Totally worth the wait!

My dad got the Veal and I got the Duck Confit.
Oh my gosh! It was so delicious! And the meals were plated beautifully as well.
I left very satisfied. Will go back for sure!

Had lunch the other day at Bernadette’s Bistro! What a gem! I ordered the endive salad. It was endive beautifully laid out with moist, perfectly seasoned sliced chicken, caramelized onions, blue cheese crumbles, pecans and thinly sliced green apples in a Dijon vinaigrette. Absolutely delicious!

Was looking for an amazing lunch, and managed to find it. I was greeted by Max, who was warm and inviting. He helped me decide on a meal and I chose the soup of the day (potato puree,) the half chicken (amazing sauce) and the crème brûlée. I was very satisfied with my meal and service. Will definitely be back!

Hidden gem. Spectacular food & beverages in a cozy atmosphere. Kitchen is spotless and executive chef is probably the best in Kingston. Staff is really great too. Cannot recommend this place enough.
