Honestly, BBI makes some of the best burgers I’ve had in Berlin. The Chili Cheese, BBQ, and Drei Käse Burger are all amazing, super juicy, full of flavor, and always fresh. The place has a really cool, local vibe, and the staff are always friendly even when it’s busy. Fries are perfect too. If you love burgers, this spot in Neukölln is a must!

BBI truly serves some of the best burgers in Berlin. The patties are juicy and fresh, packed with flavor, and the sauces are absolutely outstanding. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff are very friendly, and the portion sizes are perfect. A spot I’d highly recommend to any burger lover.

I recently had a customized burger, and honestly, it was a flavor explosion! I went with a juicy beef patty topped with melted cheese, jalapeños, and an extra layer of gooey cheese — exactly the way I like it. The spice level was spot on — bold, tangy, and perfectly balanced with the creamy, melted cheese.
Every bite had the right mix of heat from the jalapeños and richness from the beef and cheese. It was messy in the best way possible — cheesy, spicy, and totally satisfying. You could tell it was made fresh and customized with care.

Stopped by BBI for their Happy Time and it was totally worth it. For 13€ you get a juicy cheeseburger, a proper portion of fries, and a cold Fritz drink. The burger was fresh and nicely seasoned, and the fries were hot and crispy. The deal runs from 12:00–16:00, so it’s perfect for lunch. I would definitely recommend it.

A nice small burger joint. The burgers are huge, and delicious. The meat is very well grilled, and atom of vegetables open the taste even more. Chili cheese burger has a ton of jalapeños, and it tastes great. BBQ burger and it’s smokey taste is also very good. Highly recommended!

For years before I moved to Berlin I had a thing that every time I visit, I would check out a new burger spot in hopes to find the best burger.
It was back when Burgermeister only had one stall and was still good. A lot of spots that I visited already closed down, probably also due to the pandemic but generally due to subpar food that was compensated by good positioning.
I went to this spot because it was the next burger spot close to where I was staying. And it looked kinda sketchy, I mean it still does look sketchy but I learned that it’s just the Berlin aesthetics and today I don’t think that many food spots get as authentically Berlin like BBI. Doors plastered with decades of stickers and inside they blast techno.
There’s also none of the modernized stuff like Beepers or numbers or anything that’ll let you know when your foods ready.
They just yell through the bumping music. It’s kinda impressive.
But well now to the food. I’ve been repeatedly double checking this spot for many years now and it was always great. In fact, the food is impeccable. Always has been. Probably always will be.
“Why?” you might ask.
Well I judge a burger by its ingredients balance. If they put in all the shabang and overload it with all kinds of crazy stuff it’s important that you can still taste the nuance of each component. nothing should dominate – everything should compliment another to build a whole experience.
And Berlinburger International does it splendidly. And in a grandiose fashion too, where the burgers that they offer there are really unique combos of ingredients that work well together and are indeed a wholly different experience from the next item on the menu.
If I was to recommend one burger spot right now, to save my life it would be this one.
PS: The loaded fries are nutty af here. You literally get chili con carne on pretty solid fries with a bunch of cheese.

Very good burgers. The veggie burger was really good the first time, not the second unfortunately. I went for the veggie burger (7.50€) plus curly fries (3€) and a beef burger (10€). The burgers are massive. So you will not need fries with every single one. Very Berlin style place with nice guys working there.
