Very typical of “Amish Restaurants” in the area. A large shopping area featuring crafts, baked good, condiments. The restaurant area is dominated by a salad bar and smorgasbord of hot foods. The menu is American standard entrees and lunch foods.

Berlin, Ohio, near Comfort Inn. First time at this restraunt and the food was awesome. Buffet was $17.99, but we ordered from the menu and had the 2 piece chicken dinner. $$ 5 stars

Waitress was very friendly, I got the rising barn buffet so I got a little bit of everything including the salad bar. Everything I tried was pretty tasty and good.

Buffet looked great, but I chose their creamed chicken special. WOW!! And don’t forget to order pie! Place is really busy and we had to wait in a line that extended outside, but surprisingly the wait was not long at all. Definite A+

Went on a Saturday for lunch with my husband and daughter. The restaurant is pretty typical in terms of home style foods offered. The menu offered many comfort food options; however, we all selected the buffet. The buffet had all of the Amish favorites – chicken, ham, sausage, sauerkraut, fresh veggies, massive salad bar with all the fresh fixings, dressings, and side salads. Of course you can’t forget about mashed potatoes, noodles, and such. Even my daughter bragged about how good the food was. In addition, they offer fresh baked goods to be enjoyed there or taken home. The place was busy but rather large. Overall definitely recommend and will go back again!

Delicious food! Lots of good menu choices. Big portions, I took home half of my meal and had it for dinner the next day. Service was quick. Our server, Debra, was excellent! Drink refills are free and I didn’t even have to ask, Debra was right there with refills. Debra took care of my families special requests and remembered them with a smile! . The bathrooms are nice and clean. We all were very happy with our lunch visit here!

Honestly, why not?? You’re in Amish country, you need to go to the buffet.

We all got the buffet for dinner. It was really good. There was a good variety and no one left hungry! The restaurant and serving line was clean, which is sometimes a challenge for buffets. I noticed they had people at the buffet to keep things filled and to clean as needed. That was a very good sign. The hostess and server were all very friendly. Overall, a very nice experience.

The fried chicken was empty when I first went to the buffet so I waited a bit figuring they were making more. I went back up to church and was able to get some, but it wasn’t hot ,like it was made a couple hours ago. A lot of these nuggets taste exactly the same. Especially the 6 they own. IDK if I’ll go back. My wife and I ate 1 plate of food each. The bill was $50. Oh well.
