I got a vegetarian burrito from here, and I’ll be honest- I’ve never actually taken the time to write a bad review before- but my experience here has been consistently terrible.
My burrito was so bad, it wasn’t even wrapped, it was just folded over. The food was so gross, I didn’t even finish eating it (and it was expensive) and I’m really understanding of kitchen mishaps- this was just too much. My vegetarian “burrito” consisted of peppers and onions, in a tortilla folded over. It was sopping wet. On top of that, my associate told me that when the owner was making his food afterwards, she kept checking her phone- and then directly putting her hands into the ingredients she was using to prepare his order. She wasn’t wearing gloves, and I’ve walked by multiple times while she was making food and she was not wearing gloves- she just sticks her hands into the food after touching her face, hair, and phone.
The order took a half hour to make, and everything was already precooked, and cold by the time I ate it a minute after it was prepared. I never ate there again; however one of my associates offered to grab me a milkshake once- and apparently also got it from Berkshire Burrito. It was awful, and I wasn’t the least bit surprised when she told me where it came from.
I genuinely feel bad leaving a bad review, as I understand the owner needs to make a living- but these complaints have been made by numerous people- and nothing has changed there that I’m aware of. I felt the need to warn the reader of potential hazards.
***A genuine hazard in eating there- is that they don’t always rinse the blender they use to make smoothies with, and one time one of my associates got a smoothie there- that had fruit in it (not fully blended) that she didn’t order at all. I won’t disclose the name of this other person, as they work for the center in which Berkshire burrito operates- but they apparently got a smoothie once and had a severe allergic reaction, because there was residue of berries from previous smoothies in their smoothie- and he was allergic to strawberries.

Incredibly small and inconsistent portions for the price. 3 regular ice cream cones ordered, one small, one small, and after reminding the employee, one regular size delivered. Do not recommend. Would love to see if burritos play out the same way.

We had a couple of very Bland tasting burritos here. The wait staff seemed like they were bothered by the fact we even ordered food, and there was nobody in line behind us. We were expecting something a little bit more flavorful.
The prices are okay, but it was just not a pleasant experience. There are better options at the food court here.

We went to the one in the premium outlets, and the smoothies were very good. But the tacos we had were horrible. The meat was disgusting and very cheap. The shell was very stale. The person working there seemed bothered that we even wanted to order food there.

Disappointed that they closed early and did not have smoothies. Got a soft serve ice cream instead, and had some difficulty getting a receipt for a cash transaction. Due to this, I did not notice that I was also not given the correct change from paying with a $20 bill (shorted $10). If I’m able to resolve this, I’ll add a star.

Their Mexican cuisine is excellent. I loved the Vallarta quesadilla. It was one of several original varieties — very tasty and very filling. And the prices are quite reasonable.

She forgot that i ordered and i waited like 10 minutes before she overheard me talking to my dad about it and made my taco and the taco had a soggy shell hard to chew rotisserie chicken and giant chunks of tomato
