What a great spot for delicious food! We had the Montreal sandwich, the pastrami melt, and the smoked meat poutine, with a side of coleslaw and potato salad. Everything was fresh and delicious! . The staff, including the owner, Kevin, were very attentive. You couldn’t ask for better service.

Love Berg’s!! Just tried their limited edition burger and wings, both were amazing! Wish they were permanent menu items. The staff is so kind and everything is always amazing. The store itself is cute and cozy. Recommend trying the pastrami cheesesteak and the Montreal smoked meat sandwich, the fries are a must-try as well. Always a wonderful experience with great food.

Went here for lunch and got the poutine with smoked pastrami (with extra pastrami) and it was unreal. Easily one of the best things I have ever eaten lowkey. The staff were also incredibly kind, which made the experience even better. I wish I lived closer so I could eat this every day. I will definitely be back at least two or three times a month

Omg! This place greatly surpassed my expectations. Classic pastrami sandwich was amazing and the poutine was fantastic. I’ve been to Montreal twice and chickened out both times to try poutine. So glad I finally tried it. Très bon!

Berg’s did not disappoint. Incredible smoked meat that could compete with any Montreal — and dare I say better the famous Schwartz. The poutine is really good. Owner is super friendly. A bit of a drive with summer shore traffic but well worth it.

What amazing food at the Small place, delicious pastrami sandwich, delicious potato pancakes, but the star of the show was the poutine. I could eat it all day every day! The staff was very friendly and efficient. Great work.

Every time I order , it’s always a great experience all way around.The food is outstanding , from the meat, soups and salads , always fresh, staff is friendly and always ready to assist with whatever you may want . Custom orders too. Just had a great special order of the Pastrami Nachos , which everybody was awed and delighted with .

Berg’s is awesome. The pastrami is flavorful, lean and super tasty and served on good, soft rye. The split pea soup with smoked turkey is out of this world!
