Stopped here because I was in the area. I bought frozen boudain and boudain balls from the deli. I might have tried other items but all the deli items was old and dries up, like the beans and other items. I’m hoping because they were about to close in a couple hours. But still I expected more. I wasn’t a fan of the items I bought, the links or the balls. Give them a try they have a variety of other items.

You can smell how good it is from outside the door. Everything was clearly labeled. The severs were friendly and helpful. The food speaks for itself! Get the pork cracklin and that gumbo. My only regret; I didn’t order more food! When I’m coming through, it’s a must stop from now on.

We ordered the red beans and rice with a pork chop and the steak bites with sweet potato fries and pasta salad. The meals were super fresh and delicious. Very large portions I made 2 meals out of my plate. Very friendly service and a clean positive atmosphere. Thanks for the awesome lunch ya’ll ♥️

I stop in every time we go visit Family we pass by and this is one of the best Boudin and cajun meats in the state. I’ve been all over and this is one of the best beats many the more touristy ones easily. Fried Gator is amazing. The pepper jack boudin balls are premium. And the bacon rapped stake and chicken is a must, fried cracklens chefs kiss. But the smoke boudin is what ill grab several packs of. Everything here is good.

My first time to eat here, but I will be back. Everything was great. Had cajun chicken stuffed with cream cheese, jalapeño and wrapped in bacon. Along with pepper jack stuffed boudin and boudin balls. To top it off i had chicken and sausage gumbo, because I couldn’t decide on just one thing. Great job with everything.

I came specifically for the boudin links and boudin balls, and they certainly delivered. I sat inside and ate and it was so good I got more to go. They have a wide selection of already prepared and ready to eat meats and other types of meats that you cook. Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Love all aspects and the true character of this place.

Stopped by to pickup some food for my wife & I to eat later for dinner. The store was cozy & had a rural feel to the atmosphere. The teenagers behind the counter never greeted anybody & seemed disconnected from being there. Felt like j could walk behind the counter & they wouldn’t say anything. I grabbed some chicken bites, they weren’t warm but ok. Some boudin balls, they were pretty good. A few venison burrito, tasted a bit greasy but ok. The peanut butter brittle was very good. Overall it was ok, I have had better from the Bossier location. I’ll try another day when everything comes out fresh.

We arrived about 20 minutes prior to closing, they still had a few items available. Cracklins were definitely my favorite this time. But the pepper jack boudain balls, and cream cheese jalapeno stuffed chicken thighs wrapped in bacon

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while now and I finally did this past Saturday. I had their gumbo, boudin balls and meat pies. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced. They had a large variety of choices and I’ll be returning at my first opportunity! Give it a try, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!!

Absolutely amazing! We had expected to grab some Boudin balls and crawfish pies and hit the road but we stayed and ate and it was delicious! There was great drink selection and an awesome atmosphere. The gumbo was ten times better than what you’ll find in New Orleans. The employees were kind and helpful, the boudin was mouth watering. Overall- that was a five star experience, thank you so much. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
