We cannot say enough good things about Berds. We recently placed a very large wings and tenders order for my mother-in-law’s birthday party, and the entire experience was absolutely top notch from start to finish!
We called the order in a full week ahead of time, and the staff was so friendly and accommodating over the phone. They followed up to verify the order, and then went above and beyond by calling again as a major snowstorm approached just to make sure everything was still good to go. That level of care and communication truly stood out.
My husband picked up the order this morning as they opened and everything was ready right on time, packaged perfectly, and included an abundance of sauces and everything we could possibly need. The wings were hot, crispy, and incredibly delicious, and the tenders were just as amazing. We received so many compliments at the party on how good the food was.
The staff is truly top notch, and the food speaks for itself. We appreciate Berds so much and will absolutely continue to support and recommend them and use them for any large event! This is how you do customer service right.

This place is fantastic! If you like charcoal grilled wings, you owe it to yourself to give this joint a shot. They also offer fried wings, which we’ll try next time. Blue cheese is thick, chunky and on point. The burgers are also great. Good selection of menu items, full bar and a nice rotating variety of draft beers. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. It’s very clean and there’s tons of bar, booth and table seats available. Outdoor seating is also seasonably available. Restrooms are very clean and smell fresh. Plenty of high chairs and booster seats. The kids menu is good and the portions are as well. Very family friendly. Tons of TVs to catch a game. Overall 10/10. We’ll definitely be back!

It’s a bar with more TVs than you have hairs on your head so you’ll never have to interact with anyone at your table. That being said, it’s a bar. Great selections, very flavorful, great service, and decent prices. All in all it’s a good place to eat – and even better if you have ADHD.

I’ve been going to Berd’s since the day it opened. The reason for the 3 stars is I have noticed the restaurant is showing signs of wear and uncleanliness. The section I was seated in, there were napkins, straws and unpleasantness under the table. The windows, inside and out needs to be addressed. Looked as if a child rubbed a milkshake or possibly ice cream on the window. Window frames are dusty. It begins and stops at the top. Management needs to be managing and making sure his/her employees are proud of where they work and making sure the restaurant is in top shape for the next day and throughout the day. Thank you!

This is the neighborhood sports bar every neighborhood needs. Friendly staff and plenty of tables for groups to watch the game. Outside area with plenty of seating. The food was very good with the nachos as a surprise standout. Instead of a tall pile of chips where only the top layer gets any toppings, they spread it out wide and thin so all the chips can get in on the action. The spicey pickle fries were a big hit. Throw in a solid selection of wing sauces and really good cheese sticks (big half moons) for a full on app assault that left us without a need for the dinner menu.

We have eaten here several times, trying out different items. Their chicken wings are the best. However, after trying the Symmes ribs, it is very disappointing. The surface was very, very dry, almost unchewable. It looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. Our server was very busy, not getting a chance to have it pointed out. I have a picture, but there’s no place to upload.

Walked in and was told to wait to be seated due to “pacing the kitchen, upon managers request.” While there were available tables. I had been here before and enjoyed my experience, so I came back with my family of four and couldn’t be seated. My family didn’t want to wait so we left. Couldn’t believe it. The food I’ve had has been great here, but pacing the kitchen shouldn’t ever be a reason to not be seated. You’ll lose customers. Waiting at a table is not near as bad as at the door. Hope it gets sorted out. Food on my last visit was great and I’m looking forward to trying more of the menu.

“Bryan” the waiter had been smoking weed. We could smell it on him strongly. Outside of smoking weed, he provided ok service. The boneless wings were good (69 out of 10). The salad was ok (7 out of 10). And the fried green tomatoes were ok (6 out of 10). Probably wouldn’t return.
