If you take the concept of Chipotle (fast casual, build your own bowl), and apply it to Vietnamese — you have Bep Eatery! I was very satisfied with my food (lots of options) and the quantity of food! There is plenty of comfortable seating and space to eat onsite too. During my visit, I was impressed with how clean all the tables and floors were! Pro Tip: Despite lots of space to hang out, I didn’t see a WiFi option, so just be aware of that if you wanted to come here to work.

Solid skyway choice. It’s kind of like Chipotle with the option to build your own meal. Reasonably priced and there’s a ton of seating. The spring rolls are the best thing on the menu. I highly recommend giving them a go. The pho is pretty good too. It doesn’t compare to Quang’s pho, but it’s the best pho I’ve found downtown so far. The rare steak pho is great. The spring rolls don’t seem like a lot of food, but they’re definitely filling. The other two, you’ll probably have leftovers.

Food was fine but for a restaurant in the skywalk they MUST have better to go containers . I was not able to finish my pho. I noticed a puddle under my bowl. I hurried to the sink and the bottom completely dropped out. My desk is a 5 minute walk from BEP. I began eating immediately which means I didn’t pour the broth into the bowl until I was at my desk ( they thankfully give it to you in a different container) . That makes this bowl even worse. I was eating for about 10 minutes before I noticed the puddle. I’m so glad it didn’t end up in my lap…

Outstanding service there. The employees preparing the food have always been very accommodating to my dietary restrictions and went out of their way to make sure nothing I was ordering would make me sick. Their spring rolls are delicious and fresh and the Pho portions are huge! Highly recommend.
One area of improvement: while I highly appreciate compostable to go containers, the bowl is not leak proof and I’ve had issues with the broth leaking if I spent too much time enjoying my pho….

If you enjoy a good Banh Mi or Bowl of Pho, you have come to the right place! The portions are large and the quality is out of bounds. Taste and value are both a solid five stars! If you work or eat in downtown, this one can’t be missed.

Best sick food and tastes great.. wish it’s hot till the end and a long and heavy spoon for soup. The ingredients are fresh and great.

Got the Springs rolls with chicken. From 1-2p the spring rolls are $2 each. Very good and would go back.

I found it overpriced for food that has little flavor and the ratio of meat to carbs is laughable. I guess it’s a lot of flavor if you’re from the Midwest and think black pepper is flavor or you’re afraid of seasoning. Each time I have ordered different items just to see and each time I’m disappointed so today will be the last as I have given it a handful of tries and I officially quit. My chicken rice bowl should have called Boring Bowl. Where’s the spice? Where’s the flavors? As a fellow Southeast Asian, I’m disappointed it’s incredibly lacking.

This is by far the best pho joint I’ve ever been to. Everything, especially the pho is so delicious and fresh. The atmosphere of this restaurant is so modern and comfortable – I love that they have to-go options: plastic pho bowls, pho spoons- they really thought of everything, there’s nothing i would change about this place. I go here a lot, but so does everyone else, the lines during lunch hour are pretty long but move fast.

This review has nothing to do with the food as I love Beps fresh food! This has to do with the unprofessional experience I had when I came to get lunch at 1:50pm… I understand the restaurant closes at 2pm but that’s when you should be doing closing jobs, at/after 2. When I came in there were at least 2 workers who barely acknowledge me as if I was inconveniencing them, finally someone from the back came out to help.. there was another person stacking chairs up on the tables.. I just felt that if I was the manager I would not appreciate my staff checking out before their job was done. Personal opinion.
