The restaurant looks promising. The decor and ambiance are classy but relaxed. Great bar with a wide selection of drinks and draft beer. I was very pleased until we were seated in a booth with a paper tablecloth where our waitress scribbled her name. There goes the classiness.

The food was excellent and the service was prompt. We had crab cakes and spaghetti with meat balls and both were very tasty. Sangria was good. A little pricey but good quality. The only downside was one family with extremely unruly children running around and sometimes screaming and several other families but only one other was noisy. We ate at around 6.00 pm. Don’t think the restaurant can be blamed for poorly behaved children, but maybe go in a little later than 6.

Had dinner there last night, we waited 15 mins before they took our drink order. The table behind us got there after us, and got to put their drink order in before we did. Worst service I’ve ever had there!!! The waiter was nice for most part. We got our main dishes before our salads and the appetizer, and bread didn’t come til after we were done. Fell below my expectations. Besides our table there were only 5-6 other tables occupied, and plenty of waitstaff.

Their food is outstanding & at a fair price. The most impressive thing is their wait staff. I have eaten @ three different locations & I am truly impressed with each waitress professionalism & friendly personality. Great job hiring & training. I will be back & look forward to it!

We just got take out, my meal was not worth the $18. We have always ate in and it was amazing and worth the money but take out….don’t waste your money at all. I had the smothered cod and shrimp which included a small piece of cod and 4 shrimp, fries amount were the size of my palm and my salad the same…also included 4 slices of their complimentary bread. I would include photos but unsure how to on here…but yes definitely eat in but do not order out!!!

Not at all worth the price. It took forever to get our food. A table that arrived after us received their food before us, and another that arrived about the same time was leaving before we received our food. Waiter was nice, but inattentive. Spinach artichoke dip was not even mixed up, with huge pieces of artichoke and large chunks of mozzarella. Steak arrived cold. Minestrone was the consistency of chili with few vegetables and a flavor like canned tomato sauce. Appetizer, drinks, and 2 entrees cost us over $80. It will be a long time before I give this restaurant another chance.

Excellent service at the bar for lunch. Change of servers and it was seemless for us. We shared the lasagne and each had a cup of soup because the meal is so filling. We go out of our way to eat at Benvenutos because the food is consistently outstanding.

Everything sucked for my 50th birthday. Now i can see why the doors shut 5 days after my birthday. This was a family treat to go eat here. But the wait staff was lazy. Brought 4 plates for 5 eating my son in law had to share a plate with his son.

This place is hit and miss…I’ve eaten there with my family a few times and the experience is always different. The last 2 times the wait staff was very neglectful :/ I had pizza there that was amazing and then some I could barely choke down. The lasagna was great but the waiter didn’t refill our drinks unless we flagged him down and whistled. I may give it one more try, but it better be good.
