Noodles were over cooked and mushy, shrimp were chewy and well done, cake had sour frozen berries which wasn’t depicted in pictures as they looked frozen. Bread served was of the ends of the loaf as you can see in picture.

This pizza arrived on time, it was still nice and hot, the delivery driver was very nice, and it tasted great. We got a 16 inch 4 cheese + pepperoni. It was a little expensive for just one pizza but it was good I’m willing to pay more for a good experience. Well done.

HORRID SERVICE. HORRID FOOD. As you can see by the photo attached, Benvenuto’s Italian Grill does not care what they serve. Literally. Ask the staff. They will flat out admit it. They don’t care. I was told “They don’t pay me enough to care.” I will not return. EVER! I’ve contacted corporate to no avail. I’m starting to see a pattern. It’s over priced and over cooked. Look elsewhere. Maybe try to Beef Butter BBQ right there in the same plaza or even McDonald’s, at least there you know what your getting and the staff is MUCH nicer & better cooks.

To be honest, this is not my favorite restaurant but it is local and I had two gift cards. With that being said, the experience was better than expected our server, Chris, was amazing. He was very funny and friendly. And the food was really good! I had the special pizza which had pepperoni and banana peppers and it was amazing. My fiancee have the cheese ravioli and she enjoyed that as well.
Now the one thing that almost stopped us from even eating there was the fact that we stood at the host station for 5 minutes waiting for someone to seat us. There was another couple there who, after 5 minutes of us waiting, told me they hated been waiting 10 minutes. At that point I went to the bar and got one of the two bartenders, who were both just taking with each other as the bar was pretty dead that night, to help us. This is not great service! But because our server was so fantastic, it made up for the initial experience.

The place looks very nice. Seems clean… bathrooms were clean. Generous portions on the food. Service… much ti be desired. I feel bad because our waitress was very friendly. However, she was very very slow. I asked for a straw 3 times and resorted to getting one from another waitress. The bread appetizer took over 20 minutes to arrive. Asked for a wet nap for my ribs, got about 20 of them… and another straw that was unneeded. Ribs are tasty, though not the most tender. Cod was ok. Nothing special. As I write this, I’m waiting quite a long time to pay so we can go.

The service was horrendous and unorganized! They didn’t even have the correct drink order. The salads came promptly, while the soup came like 10 minutes later. Best beer cheese soup ever! The seafood cannelloni was 19.99 and full of imitation food. The kids spaghetti and meatballs was amazing as well. The service, totally ruined the experience.

My wife and I stopped in to eat here on a whim. We were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and the amazing service! My wife has celiac, and we were pleased to find that there was a gluten free menu, and that there was established cross contamination procedures. Places like this don’t always have good gluten free choices, but we found a great selection here. Our food was amazing!

The food was ok at best. The chicken parm was delicious but the rest was barely warm from taking far to long to be delivered to our table. The service was by far the worst I have had in quite a long time. Took over 30 min to be served our beverages. And even longer to get our bill so we could leave. When we spoke to the manager, she was going to give us coupons to use at a later time, but she forgot and was not seen again. Only saving grace was they comped two of our several dishes (was there with my children for a fathers day meal).

It was very enjoyable. Food was great. I had the baked salmon. Emily was awesome and so was the young man helping her serve us all. Kitchen staff prepared everything very satisfactory. They did a great job taking care of our bus load of people. I am very satisfied with our experience.
