I’ve been here back to back and I’m just so in love with the food. Firstly, I rated their service 3 stars because I was never greeted or even heard welcome in the times I’ve came to this place. I saw people standing by the kiosk machine that how I knew that you order your food. So there is no human interaction with placing your order. The only human interaction is when they bring your food to the table. The servers are friendly.
I ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl with the green beans, chicken tempura sushi, fried rice with chicken and shrimp and the passion fruit with mango boba. The food was well seasoned and super delicious. Everything was a 10/10

Took my family here for dinner. The food was excellent we got several sushi rolls, a bento box, and a noodle bowl. I do have two young kids and seating was a bit challenging with them. But overall a very good place that we will revisit.

Ordered for pick up today and everything was ready when I got there. The staff were very sweet and gave me extra dipping sauce. The Sweet and Sour chicken was my favorite, second favorite was the Drunken Noodles my son had.

Will start by saying the service was great! We got to go but decided to sit down. We got everything very quick and exactly as requested. Food was not bad at all but just tasted slightly off from others comparatively in the area. The pad thai had a decent amount of heat which would of been nice to have some sweetness in addition to help balance flavor. Of course subjective. The general tso bento was also ok, just tasted slight different than most places. Also, not sure if its an AC problem but it was very indoors. Main issue is the prices seem a bit high. Overall glad I tried this spot but most likely wont return.

I’m from out of town and had Bento delivery for lunch. My California roll was fresh, my karaage was great. But the star was this Ube latte. Perfectly balanced of sweet and still strong coffee flavor. Really was delicious and really beautiful too.

This location is outstanding! Eric, the manager, is phenomenal! Him and his team, especially Makayla were so nice and provided amazing customer service. I had a problem ordering and they resolved it with empathy and efficiency. The food is always hot, fresh, and made with love at this location. Thank you!

I’ve been to multiple Bento locations and this is the worst one, I will not be back. The portions are so small for the price I am paying, shrinkflation has definitely hit them hard. This location does not accept any cash. Their AC is broken, and from the looks of the restaurant it has been broken for awhile with no look of being fixed anytime soon. Everything is served to you on disposable plates. I ordered the salmon poke bowl with mango, cucumber, and avocados, I’ve never had a poke bowl so flavorless. The sushi roll I ordered was good, but also so small for the price.

I work restaurants and know what bad chicken smells like. I got orange chicken and the chicken tasted spoiled. A raunchy fish taste that is strong and clearly an obvious indicator that the chicken is way passed the expiration date, so that is very disappointing and not worth the money. It was also undercooked and raw. Also the salad had dressing on one piece of lettuce and that’s it. The rest of the salad was dry which was also disappointing since I couldn’t eat the chicken. The sushi was good. I like the breading they used for the fried shrimp. And the green beans are good as well.
