This was my first time eating here while on vacation, and I’m so glad I stopped by! The food was absolutely delicious. The bento boxes were outstanding — honestly the best I’ve ever had. The sushi was fresh and flavorful, and the boba was great, especially for the price. Everything tasted amazing, and the portions were generous. I’ll definitely come back the next time I’m in town!

Went to H-Mart in West Orlando and suddenly wanted Asian food Stopped here on the way home and was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. This was my first time here and I would definitely return. I ordered the kimchi fried rice and my hubby ordered the Shanghai noodles. Both dishes were EXTREMELY FLAVORFUL and the portion size was plenty!!

First time at this location and everything was GREAT! You approach like a kiosk to place your order and get a number for your table and the food is brought as it’s ready. Food was hot & so fresh plus delicious . Atmosphere & ambiance was relaxing and so nice, including the service and employees. Ordered multiple dishes such as the miso soup, pork dumplings, crab rangoon and Drunken Noodles. Everything was outstanding and I can’t wait to return!

Had a great experience ordering takeout today. It wasn’t busy at 3pm and I made my order easily inside from a big touch screen monitor. It allowed me to customize my pokebowl ingredients perfectly. Barely a wait, the food was brought out hot in 10 minutes! Everything was delicious. Thank you so much.

I’m writing to share my disappointment regarding my first experience at Bento Asian Restaurant.
I drove nearly three hours to try your food after seeing so many amazing reviews and was genuinely excited to finally visit. Unfortunately, that excitement turned into frustration and disappointment.
When I was ready to pay, I was told that cash was not accepted. I explained that cash was the only form of payment I had, and the cashier briefly asked around for change. When no one had cash available, I was simply told that I could not be served. As a result, I was denied food and service entirely, despite being ready to pay and extremely hungry.
It was upsetting to be turned away after traveling such a long distance, especially over something that could have been communicated more clearly beforehand. I understand businesses may have payment policies, but denying a willing customer service—without signage or advance notice—felt very discouraging.
I don’t believe any business would want to turn away customers who are eager to support them. I hope this feedback helps prevent others from experiencing the same disappointment I did.

I think this is easily my favorite restaurant for Asian food in Orlando and quite possibly my favorite bento box in my quest for trying bentos anywhere that they are an option. The options are great with their Korean base being my absolute favorite for flavor and veggies. Their garlic green beans are always cooked perfectly and I love getting rice AND noodles with their bento. The meat is quality and cooked perfect. Reasonable prices with drinks and bottled beer available inside. Great setup for take out. Wish I could get one to open by us in NC I would eat there every day.

we have not been here since prior to COVID and it certainly has changed. Significantly fewer items on the menu and prices have definitely skyrocketed. It also took much longer to get our food. we actually thought we had been forgotten and were about to go up to ask when the first of four rolls finally appeared. there were only 3 other patrons there so it was not an issue of being way too busy.. not going back. 64 dollars for lunch for two folks seems excessive.

After a long day we where looking for a good sit down dinner with good service. This is not that place. It is a cafe style restaurant. You order and pay at the counter. They do bring the food out to you but absolutely no friendly customer service skills. Guy at the counter looked confused and didn’t welcome us in. Food came out within 10 minutes of being there. Some pieces of my daughters chicken were hard to chew and she loves katsu chicken.
