This was one of the most deceptive ordering experiences I’ve had with a restaurant.
I placed an order through Uber Eats and called the restaurant directly to add a few items I forgot. They agreed, took my credit card information over the phone, and charged my card without ever telling me the total or disclosing any difference in pricing.
I later realized I was charged about $10 more than the prices clearly advertised online. When I called back, I was told they charged me “Uber prices” despite the fact that I did not place or pay for those items through Uber, and paid the restaurant directly.
Uber’s higher prices exist to cover Uber’s service fees. Applying those prices to a direct phone payment, without disclosure or consent, is misleading. If pricing is different depending on how an order is placed, customers must be informed before their card is charged. That did not happen here.
This feels intentionally deceptive! Charging inflated prices while avoiding Uber fees, and hoping the customer doesn’t notice. At minimum, it’s unethical. Customers deserve transparency, not surprise charges after the fact.
I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend others double-check their receipts if they order here.

This was my first time eating here since it was Beijing. I am completely disappointed. Chicken was “pink” inside and not cooked properly and rice is cooked in some sort of oil that has a weird taste. To spend over 40.00 for dinner for my husband and I and us having to air fry the chicken so it can finish cooking and find another side because of the taste of the rice is insane. I definitely won’t be returning or referring.

One of my favorite place for dinner surprised me on my last visit. I found out they did an amazing job in remodeling . Now with a new “Sushi Bar “ and a remodeled dining area with more open space and tables, everything looks so nice. New name but with the same great food ! Always loved their food quality, on point, fresh and delicious . Good costumer service and friendly staff!

I ordered the crab rangoons, godzilla roll and sweet potato roll to go. The rangoons were placed in their own cute vented box so they didn’t get soggy and you get and entire cup of sauce with them. They were huge and stuffed with filling, which was a little too sweet for me, but still delicious.
The rolls were great. They held up when picking them up and they were fresh and very tasty.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is so cute. Lots of accessible seating. Can’t wait to try something else next time!

Today was our 2nd visit to this restaurant. We went back because we liked the food. But the customer service is subpar. We ordered a noodle dish and a Thai curry. We couldn’t finish food because we were in a hurry. We asked for 2 to go boxes. They gave us 2 Foam clamshell containers.
I politely said – “can you please give me a soup plastic box for the curry? It is liquid and the box will absorb it” she said no twice & said the box is thick. I again said- “the box doesn’t close properly the liquid will spill. Can you please give a me soup container to go box?” She said ok and brought me a plastic box and said- “you could have done take out, why are you dining in if you are packing everything up?” And she said it with a very rude voice.
Now as a customer who eats out a lot, it’s completely my decision how much I wanna eat and how much will I take home. And we mentioned we were in a hurry when we placed the order. We also paid and tipped before even we started to eat! Then why should I explain 3 times to her and ask 3 times for a to go box?
I was very disappointed with the service.
This is not the new year lunch service we expected.
The food was okay. No complaints there. But if they don’t improve their service they will loose customers in the long run.

I went here today with my boyfriend after seeing a local Tiktoker post about their food. My boyfriend and I were absolutely blown away by the flavor of each dish. He got the general tso lunch special and the flavor of the rice, chicken and broccoli was absolutely delicious. I tried to coconut shrimp and it was absolutely AMAZING! We then got crab Rangoon to split and they were HUGE and absolutely delicious, and a great price for the portion and size!
We can’t wait to go back to get sushi but we were super full from the meals we got! Great portions, great service, great taste. I recommend everyone to come here and will be back!!

Very friendly, clean and enjoyable. The new look brought upon their recent renovation is both innovative and appealing. This is my go to place for a quick lunch and or a snack. Everything was delicious both times we have been at Bento box, the sushi is delicious and fresh and the other options for non-sushi Chinese food taste met all my expectations from living in the Tri-State area. I have not found a great Asian restaurant since we have lived here until I ate this food.

We grabbed pick up from Benton Box. We had regularly ordered food before the name change and wanted to see how it had changed.
Many of the items that we will regularly order we’re still on the Chinese food menu.
We did also order a few sushi rolls. They have a variety of the basic roles that you’d like to find. It is not a super fancy sushi menu.
It would still be a place to get those regular Chinese food menues. But now there is a few other options from the wider Asian food menus.
