It was alright, food tasted good but I found that pink sauce that they serve with it a little too liquid. Maybe in Virginia people like it like that. Service took a little long but came through. The lo mein were good but extra if you choose to substitute the rice.

Ordered Shrimp Teriyaki ($10.59 after tax). Food was done in about 2 minutes after ordering, after waiting in a line of 2 people. The server was kind, respectful, and professional.

The food tasted good. The shrimp was soft and fresh, and the rice was standard quality. The steamed vegetables were a bit too watery for me though. The sauce overpowered the other ingredients, but tasted nice. The plastic take-out box also had an odd green stain and tear, albeit I didn’t see any signs of spoilage on my food.

The food is decent for bento but it’s definitely very Americanized. The chicken is sweet and the teriyaki sauce is a bit light I’m not sure how to describe it. I liked the veggies and their rice is pretty good too. The worker that took my order was this girl and she was super sweet and smiled the whole time. But there’s not much table service since it is in the mall which is perfectly fine. I wouldn’t come here for a first date or anything like that. I came here with my friend tho and he didn’t cooperate for the photo.

We had a late lunch here, the food really good as expected in such mall food courts but tables needed cleaning. The portions were huge!

Cashier was wonderful, super sweet and took everyone’s order fast. When I asked for water, she told me they no longer gave free water cups and instructed me to ask 5 Guys. I understand not giving out water to people that haven’t made a purchase, but to not give water to customers seems a little outrageous.
I ordered the chicken and beef, but when I got it, it was 85% chicken and 15% beef. I went right back and showed the cashier, she went and asked who I assume to be the owner. He immediately looked up and his stare was shooting daggers at me. After thinking about it, he took my plate back and later came back with one that had a proportionate amount of beef. I find it ridiculous that for a $4 up-charge (its $8.99 for a chicken teriyaki, $12.99 for chicken and beef) I got a measly amount of beef. On top of this, the plate is advertised to be served with rice and mixed vegetables. The vegetables was mostly cabbage, 3 pieces of broccoli and 2 bits of carrots. Lastly, the food tasted like it needed a touch of salt.
All in all, entirely overpriced for the food you get.

Just ate here and the food is okay. There’s no signage or anything saying they won’t do refills on your drinks, but they won’t… even though it’s $2.59 plus tax for a fountain soda.

Not sure why it’s rated so low. Food is delicious and fresh. We got the chicken teriyaki which comes with rice or noodles for $1 extra and veggies. The noodles are really good. It comes with one yum yum sauce. It’s reasonably priced for the taste and large portion. The girl taking our order was nice.
