I live out west now and came back to CT to visit. Stopped here multiple times on my trip back because I thought it was so good. The bacon chicken ranch was fire, the cheddar cheese bagels are 10/10 and the breakfast sandwiches are a classic!

I ordered Door dash and got a Bagel with Strawberry Cream Cheese, Loaded Tots, and a Strawberry Smoothie. The smoothie was fantastic. The tots were very good as well. The bagel didn’t have much flavor and the cream cheese didn’t as well.

Came here for brunch on a weekday, they weren’t too busy. The line moved slow, but the food came out in good time.
We ordered two bagel sandwiches and a hash brown. The sandwiches were okay – not the freshest bagel 🙁 Iced coffee was good.
Overall just an okay experience, and I do not think I’ll make the effort to come back.

There’s not too many bagel shops in the area but I do enjoy bensons bagels. The everything bagel has more than enough seasoning and the cheddar bagel is really delicious. Can’t go wrong.

We were helped today particularly by Marina, she was so nice compared to some service we’ve gotten in the past!

I was holding back on writing a review, because I don’t want this to happen to other people… but last week when I come in to order, the older woman at the cashier, didn’t seem to understand what I was ordering. I ordered something very simple. To me she was acting rude but maybe that’s how she is. I will only come back, because the food was very good.

I went into this location to purchase two sandwiches, When I got there, I noticed that the young ladies were scratching their head, eating food and playing with their EarPods, I said something to the cashier she went and asked them to go and wash their hands and stop eating. One of the young ladies came over to her after I placed my order and asked her who was complaining, The lady at the register told her that it was me, When they hit me, my food, excuse me, they did not hear me my food. They placed my order on the counter and Walked away. Once I got home, I examined the food. I could not tell if they had done anything to the food or not.. I was not willing to take any chances so I discarded the food. This is sad that a customer cannot go into this instead of shipment location Enfield, Connecticut, and get a sandwich to console their Appetite because the workers there are doing things visible to the customers that is considered Unsanitary, and to think, I gave them a tip ♀️ On my way out the door, I noticed the cook. He was rubbing his nose with his wrist. I took the fall to the garbage and threw it away. They will not get any more of my business. I would not even give that to my dog. There are too many ill illnesses going around for people to see so on Saturday
