Open for brunch, lunch and dinner. We serve breakfast until 1pm. We have patio seating, which is pet friendly. The dining room and patio overlook San Pedro Golf Course’s hole 18, gorgeous view and great food. The golf course attracts wildlife, which makes for a unique dining experience. Our menu has a wide variety of options including gluten free, vegetarian & children’s menu.

What a delightful atmosphere to have lunch on the patio at Benson City Grille located at the local golf course. Watching the ducks on the ponds was a treat. I had the San Pedro Chopped Salad ($12). I thought it was a great value with the portion size. The lettuce was crisp and fresh. Even in very fine dining restaurants I end up picking out brown lettuce pieces. The dressing was light and very tasty. My husband ordered a burger and fries and it was cooked perfectly and was a nice size patty with yummy fries (18). The desserts looked wonderful. I will try one of those on our next visit. The restaurant inside was completely packed – so others enjoy this restaurant, as well.

Ordered Chicken picatta….for $22…you received salad or soup.the entree and a piece of garlic toast. I also ordered a sweetheart mojito. The salad and drink came….30 minutes later came the entree…chicken on pasta with a role of some sort…not garlic toast…the roll and pasta tasted like cleaning fluid. I also ordered a second drink… 20 minutes later still no drink…terrible service. I can’t imagine a charge of $22 for this dinner. We’re in this area every year…not willing to return.

With a lovely view of the San Pedro Golf Course and ponds filled with ducks, the Benson City Grille welcomes you with a friendly and relaxing dine in experience. It has a cozy and comfortable atmosphere and the option to sit on a covered porch, if you choose, as well as bar seating, but no one under 21 is allowed at the bar. There is also no kid’s menu, as this place is geared towards an older audience. No reservation is needed and you can sit yourself down. The hostesses are very attentive. There is no urgency for you to leave.

I can’t say enough about this oasis in the desert! The food is always fresh, and the servers are friendly and fast (as fast as the kitchen lets them)… remember especially, if it’s busy, it’s not fast food!

2018–Excellent food. Brought a group of 14 people (from out of town) for dinner and everyone enjoyed their meals. The chicken tacos and carne asada tacos were exceptional. The clam chowder was delicious. Darn, even the sour cream was good! Kudos to our main server Janelle–we ran her ragged and she maintained her composure and pleasant demeanor. Don’t be deceived with the fact that the Benson City Grill is located at the San Pedro Gold Course. The secret is out! Anytime we visit Benson, we’ll be sure to eat here.
7 July 2019–Well here we are again! Food is still delicious , service is still excellent, view is amazing. I’m actually surprised that the place was not packed! Come on Arizona! Give this place a try. I promise you won’t be disappointed!

My husband and I ate dinner for the first time here on September 17th 2021. We wanted to sit on the patio even though there are mosquitoes they provided us with citronella candles which was very nice. We ordered the fish tacos they were actually real fish and they were delicious! They also come with a side of chips and salsa the chips were homemade they were also very crunchy and delicious. You have got to try their mojitos they are not too sweet nor too sour also the jalapeno margarita which is in the picture. I would definitely recommend this place for a nice evening definitely a lot better than Pablo’s. I did not give them five stars because I wish they were open more days of the week.
