Stopped in for breakfast before heading to Joshua Tree National Park. Fantastic place. Food was great and fast. Everything we ordered was exactly as we asked (scrambled, well done and dry). Service was spot on, always ready to refill my coffee, etc. If I had to be overly critical, the ONLY thing I would suggest is, make the coffee stronger

We’ve been here a couple of times now and we always leave happy. I’m a creature of habit so I always get the green chilaquiles which are to die for. It’s hard to find a restaurant that sells authentic Mexican food. Benny’s never fails. I tried the pozole which is new on the menu and I was pleasantly surprised! Pozole is my favorite dish and I never order it when I’m out because no one ever gets it right. I am so glad I chose to try it! I would definitely order it again and hope they add more mexican dishes to the menu. Thank you Benny’s!

we tried bennys for the first time today at lunch! elsa was our server, she was very sweet and so attentive. the food was good, a bit pricey but this is really a family restaurant and you can tell! everyone works harmoniously together and are all so helpful. we will be back! thank you elsa and thank you bennys <3

The food was delicious, generous portions, and clearly made with care.The atmosphere is clean, comfortable, and welcoming perfect for families or a relaxed meal. Me and my family tried this restaurant for the first time, and were blown away! Such great food, good prices and amazing ambiance! We highly, highly recommend it! The service we received from Dayan was outstanding! Super attentive and our drinks came within a few minutes of ordering! Overall a wonderful experience and we will be going back!

If you like to visit Joshua Tree and eat. Here’s the place to go! It has decent parking,, the restaurant was real clean and inviting. The service was great, we got seated quickly, as for the food? Wow!! Benny’s is my favorite restaurant when im visiting the Big Bear area, I had no clue they have another location in 29 Palms! I had the Country Fried Steak and Eggs it was outstanding! My Wife had the Chorizo and Eggs Skillet.. It was a 10 out of 10!

Went here in February 2025 for breakfast. We ordered the pancake and the french toast breakfast. There are a lot of grammatical errors on the menu. And there Coffee is an acquired taste. But their food was great and they had good portion sizes. I’m pretty sure they put buttermilk in their pancakes and eggs. Delicious. We also thought the name was funny because it sounds like another popular restaurant chain. Would eat here again if in town.

Had a great experience at Benny’s in 29 Palms, largely thanks to our waitress Barbie. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. Barbie checked in regularly without hovering, made sure our drinks were always refilled, and handled everything efficiently even when it was busy. She was knowledgeable about the menu, patient with questions, and had such a positive, upbeat attitude that really added to the meal. Great service like hers makes a big difference—definitely a reason to come back!

This was a nice place. Much bigger on the inside than what it looked like from the outside. Clean floors, clean tables and chairs, and clean plates, cups and utensils. The waitress opèned up a while section for our large family group (pets included) and served right away. Their menu was a bit big, but diverse. Each of us got exactly what we ordered. They were also pretty on point with keeping our drinks topped off. The prices were good for the amount of food that was served.
