Service is great. The food is extremely delicious it taste like home cooking. Everyone is so professional and courteous. I sit outside to eat both visits. It’s very relaxing and very welcoming. One on the best restaurants in bullhead, Az. Thanks earls castle our experience was amazing and the staff match there brilliant bright painted diner. Kids friendly and elderly friendly as well. Was looking for a quick bite. Google and found this gem. 🙂 I’m so glad we stopped here. The service was great. The food was very well served and delicious. The only pointer I might give is the green Chile with pork plate. After boiling the meat, let it get a little brown in the pan. It will give it a great look. My kid, whose super picky loved the enchiladas plate. Overall, I think we found a good place to come eat whenever we’re in town.

Earl’s Castle has an extensive menu full of classic Americana favorites coupled with Tex-Mex style dishes. I was especially impressed with the fact that they make their own Ranchero sauce, plus the homemade salsa served free (if you ask), with chips is delectable! I do recommend the Chimichanga because of the authentic shredded beef, Ranchero and tortilla cooked to perfection. But, I heard the raves about the meatloaf and chicken fried steak as well. The service is great too. Nancy is as sweet as the lemonade she serves and so attentive to the party, what a doll. Today was our first visit, we will be back. A+

Had the chimichanga which was delicious. Someone in our party enjoyed the pork chops which were thick cut and huge.

First time here from Las Vegas. We had such an amazing experience. It was great recommendation from a friend of mine. We got to sit on the patio which we asked for after seeing they had one. The host and the server were wonderful from start to finish. Half way through our meal a nice gentleman was came out and was cleaning off tables and getting the pation set up for their Thursday night football even they were just starting tonight. Come to find out he was the owner. His name was Ben. Had great conversation with him and he explained the events they were having on the patio with the football season starting. All you can eat appetizers and 2 drinks for $30 which is an amazing price. We just had a great time there and love that they have a variety of food from. The Mexican food was really good. I had ordered breakfast but also ordered Mexican. I had the corn beef hash and eggs and ordered the chicken enchilada with red sauce and my other half ordered the Carne asada breakfast burrito. Everything was very fresh and you can tell it was homemade when it came to the sauces and the salsa and rice and beans were great. We definitely want to try the specials they have and also the comfort food portion. The meatloaf or prok chops and fried chicken dinners. Thank you guys so much for an amazing first experience and we actually are coming out again next week so we will you again soon. Keep doing what you guys do!

Good food! I had shrimp ceviche and I was really happy. Their happy hours drinks are also good. The menu is diverse so if you are in the mood for breakfast or tacos this is the place!
