Ordered many of times and as of late, just a bad experience. Ordered Chicken Soup, got Broccoli – Ordered a Toasted Tomato Wrap on my Pharaoh and got white wrap, not toasted – no cheese. Ordered a burger RARE, received it well done. Like cmon, Im understanding but everything wrong…wont order again unless Im sitting there to refuse it when they mess up.

Placed a large order from where I work. I got the Cobb salad, first issue was the chicken is old and really dried out, the avocado is completely mushy. This was my first time eating there. Definitely my last. My coworker got chicken tenders and sweet potato fries. They gave him regular fries. They are burnt and were un edible. What a waste of money.

Wow It has become one of my favorite places to eat in town.
Service was excellent.
Sandwiches and paninis are delicious and don’t forget the broccoli cheddar soup is yummmmm.

The Phoenix Wrap was very good. Sauce in the wrap was a little salty but overall very tasty. Sweet potato fries were amazing! They didn’t quite make it to picture time because well…i ate them lol As far as service, I’m not sure why so many negative reviews because everyone has been great each time I came here.

Paid $21.50 for sandwich and fries waited 40 minutes for my order. Had to get pissed and ask where’s my order. It came out after that fries were cold inedible threw them away. Sandwich was ok. Not worth the money. Quick to take money. Service is very slow haven’t been here in years. I WILL NOT GO BACK.

Very underwhelming. I have eaten here before and greatly enjoyed the food. But something terrible happened in the kitchen between then and now. The food this time was TERRIBLE. The nachos were gross everything came from a can except the bagged cheese, salsa and chips. The plate was soaked in the corn juice even throwing canned mushrooms in the mix. If I wanted trash nachos covered in canned food with microwaved shredded cheese on it I would have my 5 year old make it. Really a waste of money. Even the artichoke dip was clumpy and Luke warm. The fries were also terrible it’s not hard to cook fries until they float to the top of the oil and then shake so the stop dripping. The fries were soggy with oil. I would highly recommend not spending your time or money on this place. So many other better places to eat!!

Ordered a sirloin salad & this is the container the salad came in. It was small the lettuce was a bunch of hard pieces. My meat was cooked well done should of been medium well. They definitely can do better with the salad & the size of container.
