Oh, how I love the Southwest Egg Rolls and the Pineapple sauce:). I haven’t had Bennigan’s in years. Most have closed on the west side of Michigan. So it was great to find one on the east side of the state.

Very impressed with the changes that have been made here. My husband and I used to come here for every date night, but there were so many options on the menu and the food was bland. We went back for the first time in almost 2 years. A smaller menu, great quality/taste food and the service was more than what we expected.
My husband and I both got the fish and chips. The only thing we did not like was the side of coleslaw. We didn’t complain, but the waitress noticed that we did not eat it and ask why. I told her that we did not like it but everything else was wonderful. She took our plates and came back asking if there was anything she could replace it with. We declined and gave a good tip. Very happy with the service and will definitely be back!

The food was wonderful. We had a larger group and we all got something different but had to try something from everyone’s plate. So good. The service was great. The server was new but very friendly and attentive. We will definitely go back!

Great food as usual. The restaurant was not busy, yet our waiter was slow and not attentive. The greeter was very accommodating and she got us water refills and helped us when we had a concern. I will be back though. Everybody has an off day.

Had a green drink called the Love Potion for St. Paddy’s Day. Was very good. The food I ordered was also very good. And the hostess and my waitress were very pleasant and friendly. Would recommend taking anyone here for lunch or dinner. A very relaxing atmosphere.

So we just left and overall it was a not so wonderful experience. We had a party of 9 and waited an hour and a half to be fed and saw at least two other parties meals come out before us. The food finally came out however it was luke warm, shrimp wasn’t thoroughly cooked and had rubbery French Fries. Normally we would NEVER complain but we had 5 children and had their meals came out early, all would’ve been well. But your patience does eventually wear thin. The upside to the story is the phenomenal customer service. Our waitress was exceptional and did her very best and the young man (not sure if manager) comped our entire meal and even offered dessert. We were on a time crunch and will already be late for a prior engagement but the gesture was very courteous and appreciated. Hope whatever the problem was in the kitchen is resolved and guests are served in order of arrival and food is hot and fresh.

Met with family for Dinner. Noticed a Happy Hour Sign from 3-5pm. We ordered drinks and appetizers only to learn that there was a special menu we had to order from. 1st waitress never told us. Food was average. This wouldn’t be my first choice for eating out.

Ordered the B.O.M.B burger with was pretty good although it was a little too big. Ordered onion rings with my burger but they had too much breading which meant the onions didn’t cook enough and didn’t have a great flavor, I’d stick with the seasoned fries while are usually good.
