Waited for 2 weeks to catch this trailer open. Stopped when i saw the side window proped up.
Ordered the wings and rib combo with mac and cheese and hash and rice. Hash was great.
Mac and cheese was not as cheesey as i would have liked….but when i got to those delicious, fall off the bone ribs, i was traumatized, just knowing i may not be working near enough to experience this again. Haha….the chicken was good too… but those ribs…they are special.

Brisket and pulled pork is in my top 10 all time, maybe top 5. So good, seasoned perfectly and tender. Wish they would come to Barnwell more often
