I see a lot of 1 star reviews on here but I was greeted with a hello and was offered their specials. I ordered their personal pan 5 topping pizza. Got home and saw that it was missing something , called them and they immediately fixed the problem. The best service from Anthony, returned to get my remade pizza and Anthony made it promptly and brung it out to my car . It was perfect and the customer service from him was top tier

THIS IS NOT BENITOS PIZZA. I used to eat Benitos (Belleville) a lot when I lived in that area. I ordered at this location because I missed Benitos. What I received was a cold, doughy, shallow “deep dish” that looked depressed and was tasteless. I ordered a bacon and Italian sausage pizza but apparently you’ll have to order extra cheese! Smh I brought it home (30 minute drive rnd trip) and everyone grabbed a slice only for us to become equally disappointed. The toppings tasted old and flavorless. The dough seemed undercooked. Now that I think about it, that’s how the location looked/felt (dimly lit, drab, depressed and cold). Do better. Meanwhile, I’ll spend my money and time with all of the pizza restaurants that I passed to get to this Benitos location.

A waste of $70 PLUS dollars with a tip. The absolute worst customer service. I called to let them know my order was wrong and I was transferred to the OWNER. When placing the order over the phone the OWNER (who took the order) didn’t even know what a Hawaiian Pizza was. That was 1 out of the 3 ordered. The other two were deep dish meat special. We received round, thin veggie pizzas.
He talked over me as soon as I opened my mouth on the phone call. He told me we got what we ordered and hung up on me. We order from them all the time and really was looking forward to the pizza this evening. We have company and were trying to feed them.

We ordered online for pickup, received an estimated time of completion, then got an update shortly after that starting it would take an extra 5 minutes! That’s excellent communication!
This was our first time ordering pizza from Benito’s, and we’ll be getting our next pizza from here because it was delicious! I especially like their sauce, it is a little sweet and savory.

Nothing good about this $14 cold pizza! Chicken Fettuccini was alright as well as the bread but pizza absolutely awful!
I know this location management says “best pizza in town” to negative replies smh…I beg to differ (lol a $5 hot n ready looks an I bet tastes the same) Rockwood was an is the best so is management.

This place used to be my go-to spot until I moved out of the area. I was in this area recently and decided to order from there since we haven’t had it in awhile. Never again will I eat at this particular location! Wife went in to grab the food and let’s just say thank god for that because I would have lost my shit if I was in there and heard how they were talking with a customer nearby. Clearly young immature kids who don’t know the difference between sweet n sour and mild sauce. Unfortunately, the wings were the only good thing we got. Ordered a X Large pizza and was suprised to see it was a deep dish? I’ve ordered X Large before and it wasn’t a deep dish so I dunno why that was different but most importantly the pizza was NOT edible. I really tried to eat it but everyone knew it didn’t even look good so everyone avoided the pizza. I’m certainly disappointed with wasting my $30, I was expecting more!
