We placed a pickup order for the first time and ordered the 16” Benito’s Pizza based on the menu and DoorDash description, which listed pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, onions, and green peppers. What we received was a completely different pizza with artichokes and other toppings that were not listed at all.
I brought this up to the employee working and showed him the description. I asked him to fix it, and he said the pizza isn’t listed correctly online and wasn’t sure why. He then told me to fill out a form and message his father so “he would know.”
We did not receive what we ordered, and nothing was done to correct it at the time. I’d recommend focusing on proper resolution when something is incorrect instead of asking customers to handle it themselves with daddy.

Dinded in, Thursday 2nd time eating at this establishment. Lacey she made us excellent recommendations and drinks were never empty. She has waited on my boss and I the 1st time. Had fried calamari the first time, the second time we had the baked mushrooms, both were exceptional. Baked ravioli for me, fettuccine Alfredo with chicken for my boss. We’re from California and we recommend this Italian joint to everyone we know that vists FL. Place and bathrooms are always spotless when we visit will be back again in October.

Found this place on a random search for “Italian food near me”. What brief pictures I saw made it look more like a lunch spot, but once we got there, they have a nice evening dining area. I tend to judge Italian restaurants… in the US… by their chicken parm, and yes, I know. With that said, it was amazing. Two ample, perfectly cooked chicken cutlets, great sauce, and pasta! The garlic rolls were great, as was our server, Michael.

The dinner was amazing! We had the shrimp cocktail and the pasta combo! It was delishus and filling! A great restaurant for a girls night out! Also our waitress Felisha was very kind and professional and offer her favorites dishes on the menu.

Everything was average or below average as an experience. The bread (2 rolls) were decent, the butter that was provided however, was still frozen. There is an appetizer, similar to mozzarella sticks, and it’s literally a fried grilled cheese. Except the cheese is mozzarella. You would think it would be good but it was just okay. Too much bread and the bread tasted a little burned. I’ve never seen that served before.
The entrees were fettuccine Alfredo, one with chicken, one without. Both were good, not great. But I’d say on par with an Olive Garden experience. The chicken was good and paired well with the noodles. There was one waitress who was handling all the guests. I’m not one to give out criticism when it’s obvious they are being overworked. But-we never received silverware even after receiving our food.
It wasn’t a terrible experience but I don’t know if we’ll be back. $50 is way too steep a price for what we got.

Last night we had the pleasure of dining at Benito’s. Everything was outstanding from the food to the service to the cleanliness of the restaurant. The food….wow, wow, wow. The garlic rolls they give you to start your meal were so light and fluffy with just the right amount of fresh garlic and were definitely made fresh and were still warm. The calamari appetizer was so good, it tasted so fresh and perfectly fried with the right amount of seasoning in the batter. I will order it every time. The Caesar salad was fresh with just the right anmount of dressing and a great start to my dinner. We had the fettuccini Alfredo with blackened chicken and the frutti di marre. If you like seafood dishes the frutti de marre is definitely for you. The variety of seafood was just the right amount and fresh and the pasta was definitely freshly made. Can’t say enough good things about it. The fettuccini Alfredo was better than any I’ve ever had before and the addition of the blackened chicken balanced the dish out perfectly. The chicken had wonderful flavor and wasn’t dry at all. For dessert we had the cannoli and you could tell the cream was freshly made and was the perfect ending to the meal. This was the best meal we’ve had in a very long time. Don’t sleep on this hidden gem, it’s amazing.

Hosted a surprise birthday party there and everything was PERFECT. Wonderful customer service & just a great experience all around. The food was delicious & service was wonderful during the party. Guest loved the buffet as there was something for everyone. Problem free start to finish. Could not be any happier. Thank you for being a part of our loved ones special day!!

Service was amazing our waitress was super sweet. Unfortunately I found a hair in my scampi and ended up sharing a kids pizza with my three year old . The waitress was a sweet heart and gave me a free cannoli that was delicious. My husband and kids said the food was average nothing to crazy to rave about other than the amazing waitress.

I ordered pick up online with door dash here last night and they acted like I was a pest or something and they were confused and asking for the order by name. When I arrived like 30 mins after ordering my food it was not there, then she told the chef to make it and I can hear her she’s like oh no don’t worry about it, it’s just a doordash, take your time. Ive never been referred to as “just a doordash” before but it felt degrading. I then sat and waited for another 15 minutes to I guess wait for them to cook it because they didn’t get the order. The food was mid honestly. If you are going to offer doordash and people are using it, don’t treat them any different than any to go order, integrate it into the regular order system. I’m not picking up food to deliver it to someone I am the customer! Anyways I think I know the owner he had another failed Italian food business and honestly this one will follow suit soon though.
