Always coming back to this Benihana location for any occasion. I know the parking is always tough on weekends and holidays, but nothing can do and not about them. This time, Kristie was helping our table and Eric was our chief. Kristie was very attentive and Eric kept us entertained while cooking. Travis, the manager stopped by our table twice to check on how we’re doing. I tried the new Bounty of the Sea, and add lobster tail on the side. Love it!

It was our first time coming. Chef Nathan was attentive, hilarious and entertaining aside frim the good being delicious. Our server, Kristy was on it taking care of our needs promptly. We had a very impressive visit. Thank you all!

Ray was our chef. He was really funny, entertaining, and very nice. It was extremely kind and generous of him to be so conscious about my food allergies. He knew exactly how to make my food. It was my girlfriend’s birthday, and he made her extra fried rice because there was only half a bowl left. This is our second time having him and we always thought his jokes were funny. I hope he wins chef of the year!

An overall great hibachi experience. You are definitely paying more for the experience and the show, the food itself is good but not worth the price without the accompanying show. The hibachi chefs are very skillful and funny, they know how to put on a show. The food is healthy and tasty, and decent portions. Service is good and the interior is big and clean.

I honestly wish I could give this restaurant zero stars. My partner made a reservation for us on Valentine’s Day to create a special memory, after I had a traumatic experience at another restaurant years ago. I traveled all the way from Riverside, about an hour just to get to this location hoping for a special evening. But instead, we waited an hour and a half with no service at all, despite having reservations. I went to the manager personally because I hoped we could resolve this quietly before I had to write this review, but he brushed us off. He gave us a small discount, as if that would suffice, but it didn’t. We told him this was unprecedented ,we’d never had such an inconvenience. I asked him if he truly believed that what he did was enough, and he said yes. I told him that I expected a different outcome ,that they would fully cover this terrible experience, because it was just that bad. And to make matters worse, once we got our receipt, not only was our bill wrong, but the neighboring couple also had an extra charge ,they both had to return their receipts to the waitress to fix. I ordered a drink, and the first time it arrived, it was fine, but the second time, they ran out of milk ,so I was left with an extra charge and no drink. We planned this evening around other reservations later that day, and because of all this chaos, our entire night was derailed. I expected them to fully cover the terrible experience, but none of that happened. As a first-time customer, I left feeling broken-hearted, as if my trust in this restaurant was shattered. And to top it off, the chef threw his spatula by accident, and food even came flying toward me. This was supposed to be a special, joyful night, and instead, it was a complete disaster. I expected a follow-up, a sincere apology, and full compensation for what we went through ,but none came. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that no other customer has to go through this. I will never return here.

had a great experience at Benihana! Chandler was amazing—very skilled, entertaining, and super talkative, which made the whole dining experience even more fun. He kept everyone engaged while preparing the food right in front of us, and you could tell he really enjoyed what he does. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and the staff made us feel very welcome. On top of that, the food was delicious and cooked perfectly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely come back again!

My first experience at Benihana… it was certainly not what I expected, in the best way possible! Nathan was our chef, and he was awesome… he was hilarious and let me banter with him. My favorite part was when he tried to toss the food in my mouth, then proceeding to tell us he’s not allowed to do that… lol! He was a riot and would love to bring more of my friends to see his show. We got the Wagyu Masami Ribeye and the fried rice with steak… fantastic stuff. Will come again.

Definitely an enjoyable experience. The chef was good and we enjoyed his tricks like tossing egg shells into his hat, making a tall fire in an onion, and shaping the food into various hearts or smiley faces. The food was delicious, but just a tad salty. The lunch special was a pretty good deal. For birthdays, they give a free scoop of ice cream and sing a special birthday song. The employees and chefs were courteous and very efficient. I recommend the lunch boat which came with soup, salad, California rolls, tempura, choice of protein, and a bowl of rice (although this set is not cooked by the chef).

My party of 4 had a 7:45 pm reservation on a Saturday night. We weren’t seated until 9 pm. When asked when we were going to be seated, the hostess said that our table was ready, but they were just waiting for the people to leave. So, it wasn’t ready. Either way, there should be a time limit – once the check has been received, pay it ASAP and get going, fam. Especially on busy nights.

Service was good. The server, whose name I can’t remember, was sweet. She did her best, but she seemed to be a little overwhelmed. Chef Nathan was cool. Funny, but not annoying. Chill.

The food is definitely overpriced. Is it tasty? Yes. But not worth the price. Dinner for 4 (including one large Sapporo and a soda) a whopping $307. Yikes.

9 people at the table was tight.

Eric was great! Funny and kept the dietary restrictions separate from the other meals. He was a good conversationalist too. Thanks Eric!
