We dined in to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. Robends and team did an amazing job making us feel welcomed, especially by making our birthday girl and her sister feel special! They got the VIP treatment. Our chef, Liang, did the most fabulous volcano. He cooked our food quickly and it tasted so good. Our server, Michael Reys, made sure we were well taken care of from start to finish. This place was hopping for a Monday night! The location is super convenient off I-75. Reservations are recommended.

Dinner at Benihana was such a fun and delicious experience! The chef’s show at the hibachi grill was full of energy and laughter — every flip of the spatula kept us smiling.
The food was perfectly cooked — my steak was tender, the fried rice was flavorful, and the shrimp were so fresh.
The staff made sure everything ran smoothly and the atmosphere felt lively but relaxed. It’s the kind of place that turns a meal into a memory.

Awful experience with the front desk staff and management. I made a simple special request that was completely ignored. When I followed up about it, I was told that I was “tripping,” which is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. The manager on duty was not helpful at all and instead blamed the situation on not having enough servers available.
When I calmly addressed the young lady at the front desk about her comment, the manager immediately told me, “You can leave now,” rather than trying to resolve the issue. That kind of response speaks volumes about the lack of customer service and leadership at this establishment.
It was also very noticeable that there were around 15 empty tables, yet we were told there were not enough servers. Situations like this explain why the restaurant struggles and why you’ve even lost one of your best servers, Jesus.
We will not be returning. Customer service and respect toward guests should always be a priority. Management should also appreciate and support their employees—doing so would likely lead to a fuller restaurant and much happier guests.

I met a friend at Benihanas, for my birthday which is Nov 16th, about 12:30pm and there was no wait. If you don’t like crowds then this would a perfect time to go on a Saturday. The food, atmosphere and vibe was AMAZING! I had the lunch duet which came with soup or salad, rice, and your choice of 2 meats. I chose the soup with extra onions, chicken fried rice, steak and shrimp. Its a lot of food which is why I have enough for dinner. I had a mixed drink but don’t remember the name but will show a picture of it. I came from Coral Springs to this Benihanas in Miramar….worth the drive.

I was expecting to have a nice relaxing fun dining experience for my birthday with my wife. To start off walking into this establishment was akin to walking into the gates of hell. Never in my life have I ever experienced such a terrible inattentive poor quality and just terrible dinning experience. The first issue is the fact booked a table 5 hours in advance and still had to wait. They said we could wait outside or at the bar. We choose the bar then , had a bartender ready to served us then he was switched out at the last second to a perky short passive aggressive man. My wife tried to order he usual and he just rejected the order and then questioned her choice then when asked he was reluctant to say why and offer alternatives. I order just a smoothie she changed her drink order to ” anything else ” as per his order instructions. Before waking away the bartender was very persistent in pressuring us to order an appetizer either at the bar or to be served at our table once we get seated. After begging us to order appetizers he said if we need anything we could “treat him like a dog” . We got the drinks and the bartender kept disappearing then we ordered the appetizers to be delivered to the table. We closed the tab and then paid and then got seated. The waiter we got at our table was very judgemental making very obvious faces of discomfort for the slightest request. He ever served us the wrong drinks then, replied in a casual manner “he just forgot” .We got seated with two other parties and then one lady was loud and obnoxious yelling at the chef and then got two servings of rice with a special spicy sauce request. While I only had one and my special request was ignored not once but twice even though, the server said the request could be granted. When we were done dinning we had a birthday coupon but was rejected twice. The waiter said it was only valid Monday- Thursday. So we accepted the fact it could not be redeemed on Sunday the day we were dinning in. However we tried one last desperate attempt to get some sort of a discount by appealing to the manager. Who rejected us and said without even looking at he coupon it was valid only Monday- Thursday just echocing what the server said. Even though he was the manager and could have made a special exception. Which I did not believe was difficult at all to perform. I was not expecting to spend more than $50 per person because I had my coupon in mind which I planned on spending for well over a week then pre calculated the cost. For the coupon fiasco I ended up spent well over $70 including tip. Which I don’t think anybody deserved.Time and time again we gave this “restaurant” chances to impress us and they failed at every corner. The only redeeming qualities would be the food quality which is pretty high but not worth the price and headache of the admission. I do not recommend eating here at all even if it was the last restaurant on earth. I may have a few regrets in life and eating here would be among the worst ones. Do not eat here please save your money go somewhere more casual you will have a better experience and will be much more satisfied overall.
