Larry is an Amazing chef! He had my children laughing the whole time and made the night very fun. Yes its hot inside but guess what, they have extremely hot grills where you sit and the lite fires on them!!! Stop complaining and enjoy the show. We had a fantastic time at Benihana last night. We arrived for early dinner and had a private seating for 2 at the Hibachi table. Food, drinks, and service were excellent. Our chef was so much fun and really put on the full Benihana dining experience. He even put me to work cooking the egg for our fried rice. Highly recommended for great food and fun times.

The customer service asked for my allergies and promised to change few items on the menu to complement for the meals I was not able to eat (changing shrimp meals to chicken meals. Unfortunately, the chicken meals never came. And I was actually charged for it!
Once I asked the waiter to deduct the meal from my receipt I was told that the meal is supposedly really small and that they can’t deduct the item from the receipt. I insisted by saying “I can pay for the meals that I have received”. But unfortunately, they were unwilling to make any deductions.
It might be a good place to eat with the whole family, but as a couple without kids I would not recommend going there. Chefs are really loud, encouraging everyone else to be loud. Consequently, everyone is shouting at each other and it’s barely possible to hear my partner, who was sitting right next to me.

So to start off, the chef was awesome, did allot of nice tricks, very interactive! Me and my friends laughed allot. But at the end there was a miss understanding with the checks, and thats when the workers got really rude. They even tried to keep our change by keeping more that 10$. If i didnt had counted how much i needed to get back, they would have atole from me. I wanted to tip the young lady for being so kind but changed my mind when they tried to steal my change!

Pictures below… shrimp terd, dirty glasses, veggies (90% onions). Food came with a piece of metal wire in it. Partner finished entire dinner before I got mine. Staff is very slow physically and mentally and manager walks in circles with no clue how to run a restaurant. No air conditioning. Go somewhere else
