The performance was very good, but the food could use more seasoning. Even though there was no line on when we got there, we still waited about 10 minutes to be seated, 15 for our orders to be taken and another 20 minutes for the food to arrive. It was definitely an experience.

Ordered the Spicy Tofu Steak, which came out raw and room temperature. I sent it back to be cooked properly and it came back raw and warm. It looks absolutely nothing like the picture in the advertisement. I’m not going to come back here to eat. This was really disappointing.

Don’t waste your money and your time in this place, we didn’t have enough time for the show in our table so we went for sushi, the worst sushi I’ve tried plus we waited more than an hour for two rolls. We had to ask many people for our check since no one was able to bring it. We tried the lobster and crispy shrimp rolls.

Benihana multi plaza is just an example of a bad restaurant. The sushi rice is cooked without any seasoning so was beyond bland. The fish was cut in a weird way making it hard to eat, and did not seem the freshest.
Sushi on top of iceberg lettuce with lime? Just odd. I never got the soup or salad that was supposed to be included in my meal. Overall just a bad experience.

I was quite impressed with this location. I’m from the USA and have food allergies. Gluten is a concern at Benihana because of the soy sauce. My waiter familiarized himself with my allergy and took special care with my order not to cross-contaminate with my families order. He even came up with a seasoning that was gluten free so my food wouldn’t be bland. I would recommend this location. We’re glad we came. It was a great and tasty experience.
