The food here is good. But man their service has alot to be desired. Especially at lunch.
1. Its rare you can speak to someone to order over the phone. They never answer the phone.
2. Would order online if all options were available, but they’re not.
3. If you’re wanting a quick meal/drink at lunch, you’ll be late returning to work if you eat here. They have the slowest man working the busiest time of day, in the bar area. Sure, hes kind but he isn’t quick enough for the typical lunch crowd. He’s extremely slow. Service has just gone down hill.
As I sit and wait for my lunch to be ready, the phone has rang 4 times and hasn’t been picked up once.
And nothing like a side of onions instead of “vegetables”. Ugh. Money wasted.

Always a class act! Can’t beat the $30 birthday coupon. The table side chefs are fun and gregarious. The hibachi is a class act. Food is well seasoned and made to order. Love the garlic butter!

I reserved the party room for my daughter’s 18th birthday family dinner and WOW what a great night it was!!! The staff was great!!! Service was top notch! The food was amazing!! Had a few drinks as well and I was very impressed with it all from the moment we walked in till we left I definitely made the right choice for this memorable dinner!! We will definitely be back! Loved it!

Our first time there was fantastic! The Food was fresh and delicious, drinks were real good.
My only quam was the restaurant opened at 5pm, we had reservations for 5pm, we were there a little before 5, but they were not ready for us.
Other than that, our chef was entertaining, we had the sweetest server, and the food was amazing. We’ll definitely be back.

This place isn’t what it used to be. I was really disappointed with how our food was prepared—lacking garlic butter and flavor. To make matters worse, the cook took the leftover rice and put it back on his cart instead of portioning it out properly. After paying so much, I expected better service and quality.

I always went here in every special occasion but on the second of Feb a friend took me for lunch. We couldn’t get sweeter for our tea. A trip to the bar and got it ourself after asking the waitress numerous times. No straws for anyone. Another trip to the bar ourselves. The cook burned the eggs and had no veggies except for onions and mushrooms but a table that came in after us got all the veggies and we were told they ran out. The lady next to me couldn’t get the drink she ordered. Had to get the manager to help. Brought the wrong sushi after half the meal was done. Manager said she had us but still charged full price. Then she took 5 dollars off each ticket. Ours was to be combined but when she brought back the ticket she combined she only took 5 off instead of the 5 for each meal. The cook would only talk and cook how the young girl at the end of the table wanted her stuff done. I have UC and could not get him to talk to us. I got sick later and gave the rest of my food away. I’ll find a place that can do better. No longer my fav.

We decided to have our anniversary dinner at Benihana as it is one of my favorites restaurants. David Lee is a great addition to your establishment. The food was great the best we’ve ever had here. The added spice option he gave for the yum yum sauce and rice is top notch. I ordered extra!!!! His personality is top notch and you can tell he is a people person. Naoko is always a pleasure to see and a staple to Benihana. Will definitely be returning and will be requesting both!!!
