Ben Gong’s Tea in Eldersburg has a variety of beverage options. New flavors are featured on the app and physical signs are in the store. This is how I discovered the White Peach Oolong. With or without boba, this beverage is delicious and is my Go-To.
The service at Ben Gong’s is exceptional because of Sharnelle. She knows the precise way to make a White Peach Oolong. When I walk through the door, Sharnelle always has my order ready. She is efficient, accurate, and engaging.
The ease of placing orders via the app helps to earn a free drink. Seating at Ben Gong’s in Eldersburg is plentiful and comfy, creating a welcome atmosphere to sit and chat with friends.

The food is good but odd. The pho, for example, doesn’t taste very authentic but included a generous portion of tripe. The spring rolls are big and they only have peanut sauce for dipping. Most places have fish sauce as an option.

Very cool addition to Eldersburg! Staff are super friendly and helpful, free wi-fi, lots of seating and 2 semi-private rooms for groups. You order and pay through kiosks that have lots of pictures of what you’re ordering, which I found helpful. The tiger brown sugar milk boba tea is definitely a favorite now!

The girl working today at 2:15-230 was Probally the rudest person I’ve ever met. Sat in the chair the whole time barely greeted I asked if I should sit down for food she acted lost like she didn’t want me there then I go to use the kiosk where self pay doesn’t work I asked her she said “it should work “ didn’t offer to come help or anything. Stopped in to try Bengong’s Tea and had mixed feelings. The boba milk tea was really good — flavorful, fresh, and definitely the highlight of the visit. The pho, on the other hand, was just okay. Not great, not terrible — more on the “meh” side compared to other spots. Overall, a decent experience, but I’d probably come back more for the tea than the food.

A little bubble tea shop with a couple private rooms. The teas were good and customizable. I ordered through the app and picked up but also stayed a while. The music was cool but a little on the loud side. It was a little chilly inside so bring a jacket. Employees were friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed the brown sugar boba and the cream cheese topping. So far I had the Osmanthus milk tea and Thai milk tea. Didn’t enjoy the Thai tea it just tasted too artificial. Next time I’ll try other flavors and update my review. I attached a photo of the food menu for those curious. They need to update their app to reflect the actual menu items.

Stopped by to try this new Boba place and wasn’t disappointed. Tried the Mango Pomelo Sago, as recommended by my cousin, and it was very good. It had bits of pomelo pulp in it, which I liked.
