So yummy! My husband,3 yr old son and I cleaned our plates! I would recommend making a reservation then you won’t have to wait – but even that was only 5-10 min max. Very friendly staff, family atmosphere but also could be a nice place for a date. My son is somewhat of a picky eater but he absolutely loved everything they put down! Price was great – puts Olive Garden to shame!

The experience was wonderful from start to finish. We arrived around 430 and were instantly greeted with friendly faces of the restaurant staff and owner. Dishes and drinks were delicious. Canallone, gnocchi, lasagna, and ravioli were pleasing to the palate. Even the kids devoured the soup and spaghetti. The prices were excellent and the portions were generous!

We were traveling down the Oregon coast on our way home and spent a night in Coos Bay. We stumbled upon this delightful restaurant where we had a really great meal. I have to admit I didn’t expect one of my best meals on my trip to be here, but it was the best that I didn’t cook myself….,
We started off with a really great appetizer that was pretty unusual. We ordered the fondue, which was garlic bread served with a bowl of this really yummy cheese sauce. It’s presentation was not great compared to the fondue restaurants I have been to in Paris and Rome, but man was it good anyway. Top marks for this appetizer, and the beer I had with it was served cold and was a local choice that was pretty good too. My wife took the recommendation of our waitress and had a glass of red wine that was also excellent. Great start to our meal….
For our entrees I had Stromboli, which I have never had before. It was dough rolled up with cheese, beef and other yummy stuff that was really unique. I enjoyed the leftovers as a snack while we were driving the next day and it might have even gotten better cold… not really, but it was still awesome which says a lot about the hot version. Very good!
My wife ordered the Chicken Piccata, and again they exceeded our expectations. This had a nice sauce that went with a perfectly cooked chicken breast, served on fresh homemade pasta. What a treat that they take the time to make their own pasta. Great dish!
Our first impression was that it was a little expensive for somewhere like Coos Bay Oregon, but do not let the prices sway you. I sure don’t mind these prices anywhere else if the food is this good, so why not in Coos Bay Oregon too? It was really a great value compared to similar places I have eaten in San Francisco or Monterey.
I just wished I lived closer so that I could go here more often! Great job all around. Great Food and Great Service

The food is so rich and so delicious. I am a fairly picky eater, but even a fish I was skeptical of was amazing. My mom doesn’t normally like to go to Italian restaurants because she feels like she could cook the food at home, but she was thrilled with this place. The waitstaff was also very friendly and the interior is quite pretty.

Had a week-end get away to Coos Bay & Bandon and the hotel we were staying at recommended Benetti’s. We got in late with no reservation, but the Manager went out of his way to get us a nice booth. Loved the decor. The service was great, Thank you Tammy, and the food was amazing. Loved all of it. The soup was delicious, the salad and bread was great and the main dish was superb. When we are down that way again will definitely come back.

Sorry to say, but this was a very poor dining experience. The service was very poor and the entrees were served cold! When we asked for bread with our salads the server “dumped” two pieces of toast into our basket…really. The wine we asked for when we initially sat down didn’t arrive until after our salads came, probably should have left then. I’ve heard many nice things about Bennettis, but I’m afraid this will be my last experience with this establishment. Too bad because I’m having many family members from out of state visiting this summer and it would have been nice share a fine dining experience with them.

Our meals we ordered took a really long time to come out. I orders the $20 king salmon dinner. It was awful. Way to many flavors going on, on 1 plate. My son got the kids ravioli and it was under cooked and didn’t taste good at all. My boyfriend ordered the tiger prawn scampi and it was ok, but it too wasn’t very good mostly just tasted like lemon. Before our main meals came out. We got our salads and the soup, I looked on the table for pepper for my salad, which i couldn’t find. Decided to just eat it and not complain. After we were done eating them, we saw the waiter bring the table next to us their salads and along with it brought out the fresh pepper grinder and the parmigian cheese greater. LAME. That would’ve made the salad and soup way better, but we didn’t get the option. We had to ask multiple times for some of the garlic bread, which was probably the best tasting thing that was brought to our table. For being at the restaurant for 1 1/2 hours I was really hoping the food would be amazing…it sadly was the exact opposite.

Great food, large portions, excellent service! On our camping trip they went out of their way to provide great service to a grubby looking camp fire smelling family who was tired and hungry. They made the time enjoyable and memorable. Thank you, Tammy!

We just waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for 2 pasta dishes THAT NEVER CAME! We arrived 15 minutes after they opened, so they were not busy. We watched tables get sat and eat through 3 course meals all around us. Never said a word to us until I asked where our food was. No answer other than they were “working on it”. We just got up and left. Thanks for ruining the end of our vacation.

Ordered chicken Parmesan to go. When I got it after waiting for about ten minutes, it was cold. The bread was like something I would buy at costco, The soup was cold and lumpy, the chicken was decent, but tough, and the service was kind of short and rude. The kicker was that it was almost $20 for a dinner for one. Way over priced for a meal that wasn’t even that good. I won’t be going back.
