I’m not GF but I was curious about this place. The staff was great but the things I bought were SO dry and strangely dense in texture. Not appealing. Worse, everything is SO EXPENSIVE. I don’t know how people who must live a GF life can afford to do so. The cupcakes were ok. Cookies fine. But it’s SO hard to find this place. Such small signage. The cinnamon rolls were so dense, nothing like a perfectly fluffy, doughy, divine Cinnabon. These cinnamon rolls were so expensive yet lacking real cinnamon taste, no gooey frosting, just such a disappointment.

Disappointing. Very hit-or-miss, but mostly miss. Their pound cakes are truly terrific, but most of the other things are just horrible. I recently got a lemon bar parfait and black Forrest cake from here. Opened them immediately in the car to try, and they were entirely inedible. I don’t know if they were sitting out too long, but the parfait tasted plastic-like (which was super strange) and only subtly lemon, and the cake was comparable to a rubber sponge with questionable frosting. The Cherry compote was gummy, with bits that had a texture that was similar to curdled milk, and none of it tasted like cherry- which was confusing, because it LOOKED like cherry pie filling from the can.

This place has some great cinnamon rolls! They’re big and very filling, and I could hardly finish mine. The cream cheese icing was great, but I like that they have a dairy-free topping option in case that’s needed for someone. My husband has celiac disease, and eating out can be a challenge and very anxiety-inducing. It was nice to eat here because it’s a dedicated gluten-free facility, so we knew even cross-contact with gluten wouldn’t be an issue. My husband got the curry chicken soup, and it was delicious, but it did seem to make us both have some indigestion, and I don’t know why. So be aware that that could happen to you as well! Could just be from the curry. The cinnamon rolls are fantastic, and I’m glad they offer them all the time, because we were bummed to learn that they only actually serve most of their breakfast items on Saturdays. We drove an hour and a half from our vacation city to visit here, so we were happy they still at least had some of the breakfast food items we had heard about. The service was good, though we did feel a tad awkward when ordering because we didn’t really know how things worked at this place yet (normal new-restaurant nerves; no one was rude at all). I was happy to see that they also sell GF items all around the store. Everything from frozen Udi’s rolls, to GF oreo-type cookies, to pancake mixes, to pie crusts. That was nice! It was a homey environment and many patrons seemed to already know each other. It was a good experience overall.

I have had a lot of vegan gluten-free pastries. This was not what I expected personally. The staff was friendly and helpful, dont get me wrong. The food was not what I hoped for. Maybe my standards are high, but this may be what you like. Try it and see for yourself. Who knows.

I usually love their scones but today the sausage cheddar is a bit off. First, it tastes slightly sweet. It’s also flat and not the thick scone I’m used too. Cheddar looks different on the top too. It’s a $5.50 scone so at that price I’m disappointed.

Their baked goods are amazing! I live in PA, but found this place last year when visiting. We stopped in during the week and then on a Saturday. Make sure you get there on a Saturday for hot breakfast! I even saved my cinnamon roll for my roadtrip on Sunday. It warmed on the dash and was oh so delicious!!! I wish I had this bakery closer to home. 10 hours is a bit too far to drive

If you are looking for a bakery that is totally dedicated gluten free here it is in Knoxville, TN. I live in Chattanooga, TN and stumbled upon this place by pure accident but a good one. I can get gluten free back home but it’s only certain days and the bakery has to shut down for deep cleanings which is still a risk. Here you don’t have to worry about having any allergic reactions and everything is gluten free not just select items like most places.

Ordered two four inch cakes and some wild berry tarts for my wedding last weekend. We paid in advance since we ordered at the store. We told the woman about how we wanted the cakes to be decorated, they were as simple as it comes a vanilla cake with lavender colored frosting and a chocolate cake with chocolate icing. We requested little dollops on top for the rim since that is what they have pictured on their menu, we figured that would look perfect on our dessert table. When it was time to pick up everything they couldn’t find our order. Cue the panic. After that got that situation taken care of, they could only fine the chocolate cake and the tarts. It took them a while to find the vanilla cake and when we saw it, it was nothing how we told the lady we wanted it to look like when we ordered. The vanilla cake was iced white with a purple boarder, imagine your classic birthday cake (and yes, they knew this was for a wedding). There were no dollops on the two cakes, as they did the birthday piping on both cakes. The tarts were placed on top of each other so there were a few that the bottoms were completely saturated with the jam and unusable. The tarts were extremely crumbly and sandy, which we were really disappointed in since they cost us 36 dollars for 6 of them. The cakes were alright, nothing to write home about almost like a store bought gluten free cake mix. I won’t be coming back here, I will just have to learn how to bake for my in-laws.

Nice selection of gluten free and plenty of dairy free options. My daughter was very happy to be able to walk in to a bakery and actually be able to order something! You guys rock! We will be back.
