Stopped by Benedict’s in Stratton, VT, and had a great experience! The food was delicious—really high-quality ingredients and some nice flavor profiles that stood out. Service was solid, too; the staff was friendly and on top of things. The ambience is super cool, with a vibe that makes you want to linger a bit. Can’t wait to come back in the summer and enjoy it all again while sitting outside. Definitely recommend!

The tourist village has mostly subpar and expensive restaurants except Benedict’s which stands out as a cozy and delicious breakfast spot.
My “three piggies” skillet was delicious and my partner had the pastrami style salmon bagels which was also very good.
The only downside was the coffee which was average but not very flavorful.
Another nice surprise was not being charged a credit card fee like all the other restaurants in the village.
Overall if you want a good breakfast, this is the place to come!

Located in the Village in Stratton, this place was great for breakfast. The service was friendly and came out very quickly! Of course, the Cali Benedict was absolutely delicious. The Three Piggies was also very good. Eggs, kielbalsa, ham, bacon, and Vermont cheese served in a skillet. Served with mimosas and coffee made our meal unforgettable! I definitely recommend this place to eat.

We loved Benedict’s! Such a great brunch spot. I ordered the Bravo Toast with a fruit cup, while my girlfriend went for the giant pancake and an egg sandwich on a croissant. I ended up stealing the sandwich; it was very good. Everything we tried was fresh and delicious, and the service was exceptional. We’ll definitely be back.

I want to like Benedict’s (and gave it a couple chances) but my third visit was REALLY unfortunate.
The restaurant had about 12 people in it and after waiting at the front door for five minutes, the busser told us to sit anywhere.
We waited another ten minutes and our waitress came over to take our order. It was actually pretty bizarre, she was wearing large sunglasses and instead of asking us what we’d like, she just looked at us until we started ordering. It had the same energy as the ‘red light, green light’ challenge from squid game…
30 minutes (no I’m not exaggerating) went by and our coffees/mimosas were still not ready so we asked the busser if our drinks were almost ready and our waitress decided to brake her vow of silence to tell us “stop yelling at him” which was so odd because…we didn’t we just asked. We had enough and left.
I strongly suggest getting workers with even a basic understanding of human interaction. The busser was good but we will not be back thanks to sunglasses. The food is good from my other experiences but not worth the headache!

Cozy breakfast/brunch spot in the hear of Stratton village. Definitely order one of the three eggs benedict options. They have one of the best hollandaise sauce I’ve had the pleasure of tasting. Members of my group wouldn’t stop raving about the Bloody Mary.

We went to breakfast with family. We got the frittata, French toast, avocado toast, and egg sandwich on a croissant. We were all unfortunately disappointed with our food. It lacked flavor and was overly oily. The avocado toast had the smallest amount possible on a piece of toast possibly and they were stacked like French toast with shaved hard boiled egg and bacon on top; it looked like a hot mess of no flavor. The only thing that had flavor were the hash browns but even those were still very oily.
The servers were friendly and attentive. We wish the food was given just as much attention.

This place was great! Highly recommend especially for breakfast. The portion sizes were perfect especially for those traveling light. They also made the accommodation for avocado instead of potatoes.

Great music, staff and incredible food. We visited twice, midday for brunch once and lunch once during our stay at Stratton. Do not sleep on the potatoes, I could eat those EVERY DAY for the rest of my life and die happy. Awesome, upbeat atmosphere with funky art, a great selection of music playing, and great waitstaff on both visits. Very patient with our young kiddos ordering their own meals — provided crayons and coloring paper that helped to entertain them while waiting. 10/10 recommend the potatoes (See above) and the traditional eggs Benedict! We will definitely be back!
