I love what downtown Trussville is becoming. Owner is super nice – explained he(Ben) plus his wife(Wendy) = Bendy’s. Unique ice cream flavors and delicious cookies! Great place to stop for a treat. Today, we tried the cookie butter ice cream and the pretzel toffee cookie. 10/10!

It’s great for a quick treat alone, kids hang out, or a treat the spouse day.
They make the ice cream and cookies onsite.
They offer tastes of the different ice cream flavors.
The cookies I tried-
Chocolate chip
Snickerdoodle
Maple pecan
Ginger molasses
The cookies were wonderful. They were warm had a nice crisp crunch and were delectably chewy. My favorite was the maple pecan.
I also tried the Ooey Gooey Cake ice cream – it was creamy and had bits of cake in it.
It was devine.

Bendy’s has the best cookies in Trussville. The staff allows you to sample which flavor ice cream you like which is always a plus in my book. I got an ice cream sandwich with cookie butter and I thought I went to heaven. Love this place and the staff. Keep up the great work.

This was my first visit. It was staffed by a girl and a redheaded guy. It started friendly enough, until I realized that my ice cream was packed in a bowl with no room for the sprinkles and pecans that I requested.
I repeatedly suggested to the girl that she should put my order in a larger container so that my toppings would not be on the counter or the table as I tried to eat it. Finally, I told her to stop (she was fitting the sprinkles on and they were sliding off into the sink). She got offended, put my cup on the counter, and walked off. The young man asked if I would like my order in a clear cup. Then, he proceeded to make it the way I asked the first time. GREAT SAVE on customer service.

Very friendly staff. Loads of options for ice cream and cookies with endless combinations. Very modern décor with a lot of seating and a variety of seating. It was a great date night dessert place.

I love bendys ice cream and cookies but the service is bad everytime so I had to just do a review. I come from a mix raced family black and white and when you walk in this establishment they only greet the whites. This is my 5 time experience and you will never see a black person even working in this one nor the vestavia area, which I’m from Hoover al. I don’t feel comfortable walking in the establishment anymore because I don’t feel it for me to make purchase there.

Love this place! Small space, outside seating, VERY clean. The ice cream selection is great, and very homemade tasting. Always enjoy their cookies which I take home for later. Probably the best Ice Cream Parlor in Trussville.
